This small hotel, has it all! Centrally located, new rooms, free parking, friendly staff, free wifi, good breakfast. The center with all the nice bars and restaurants and shops is literally within a minute. Great experience! This is how hospirality should be.

Hotel Patria is everything that previous comments. Parking is free and only yards from the hotel but finding a space is very, very difficult. Its just a lovely hotel in a great location, and just a stroll to the beautiful centre of town. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was excellent in many ways. However, I was traveling with a group of people and a single person received a free upgrade to the largest suite. I was unsure why they would give the upgrade to a single person instead of the 3 people who had the other Junior Suite.

Spacious rooms, nice and welcoming staff, free wireless, location in the old town which allows to walk at nights and find good rstaurants.... I stayed at the Hotel Patria in late October and was wonderfully pleased with the elegance and modern accomodations. The multilingual staff were very friendly and helpful and I felt truly pampered. Great location for walking around the city and close to the train station for any day trips to Florence or Lucca. I would highly recommend this Hotel!

It was quaint and clean and the service was excellent. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. Pistoia was such a nice change from the busier larger cities. It is small enough to walk anywhere we wanted to go - whether it was dinner or a city stroll. Patria was located very close to the square, shopping and restaurants.... More
