My daughter and I stayed at Villa San simone after a very busy few days travelling around Cinque Terra and San Fruitosa. It was pure delight from the moment we arrived to the time we left. You could not wish for more generous and friendly hosts than Sandro and Lydia. Not to mention the amazing food we ate while there.... More

This hotel is a beautifully restored building.Its setting is exceptional as the top appartements overlook.. Group of 12 people borrowed the BBQ and ate outside in the peaceful gardens. Would go back tommorrow..

Stayed with Villa San Simone 5 nights and it was beautiful. They have a great view to Pistoia and we had nice apartment with our "own" garden area. Unfortunately they dont do breakfast/or dinner - but I hope they will consider that one day, as the location almost asks for it (would be nice to have outside dinner area). Driveway... More

Thank you very much for your gentle and gratifying rewiew. Now we can serve an excellent breakfast, with fresh food, home made confitures and cakes, prepared by Lidia and also a typical tuscan dinner, cooked with the vegetables of our biological garden. This beautiful villa is located up on a hillside. We stayed in one of several apartments. It has its own entrance. Spacious, well furnished and equipped. V large master bed.
