Residenza d'epoca Puccini very well located in the center of the city, not far from the train station and hosted in a beautiful building. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Even if the check in and check out time are limited, personnel is very kind and available to find with you a solution that suits your arrival or departure time. Check... More

This was well and truly a very unique hotel experience. Pistoia is a small Tuscan town off the beaten tourist track and we stayed here because we were visiting family friends. This place is a combination of a hotel, art school and exhibition hall, so it kind of feels like you are staying in a museum. The rooms are massive... More

Hard to find, down a very narrow pedestrian alley, an old place like a museum or church at some time, a rabbit warren inside, no carpet anywhere, concrete stairs and floors everywhere, we got dirty feet walking around in our room, floor needs washing and moping each day. Very high ceiling with 1/2 a mural painted on it, yes the... More

I am perplexed that people A. refer to this as a simple B&B - though I suppose strictly technically it is as it doesn't have a restaurant, but really the Puccini's sense of grandeur and luxury lift it way above the B&B market .... and doubly perplexed that a previous reviewer referred to it as 'very small' .... as it... I normally don't like B&Bs, but this one is really good. Signora Chiara (the manager) is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, clean and decorated with frescoes, and the place is a 2 min ealk away from the central duomo square. If you do don't know where to eat, speak to Chiara and she will beable to recommend... More

This is a very small B&B type hotel located in Pistoia, Italy which only has about 10 rooms, but don't let the small size fool you into thinking its not a fantastic place to stay. The small size makes the operators of the hotel very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you with their stay. From... More

I found the hotel excellent, the reception at our sign-in was easy, and informative. (we were given a number of restaurants to choose from. which was very helpful) The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The only one problem we had, was finding the hotel. The directions are hard to use, and the street was a narrow side... More

I stayed in Pistoia for the fabulous Blues festival & loved this hotel - the building has been converted with considerable style & flair, is immaculately clean & has some absolutely beautiful art work in the communal areas. My double room was spacious, with gorgeous high ceilings & very efficient air conditioning - essential in the sweltering July heat. The... More

It's hard to find nowadays place were simplicity mixed with elegance is combined with an unsurpassed service not resulting from a formal and well applied professionalism but in reality from that sudden feeling of being treated as somebody known almost as part of the family. Great rooms, great atmosphere, great service........great place A must.
