We came to Paestum for the ruins (which are great) but were blown away by the Savoy, as it was "just a room" we booked... Staff are all very welcoming, the rooms are large and refined and the foyer and grounds stunning. What made the stay even better was hiring bikes and riding to the ruins and around the area... More

What a fabulous hotel! So spacious, elegant and romantic. The staff were extremely inviting and friendly. The room was lovely with a large bathroom and lots of closet space. We only stayed there for 1 night but it was such a memorable experience. We went to see the Greek ruins which are the best preserved ruins in Italy. We toured... More

The savoy is an amazing hotel. Great value. My wife and I are 5 star travellers and very fussy. The only negative is the restaurant at the beach stiffed us for a $105 euro lunch which frankly was worth about $50. Special tourist price by crafty napolitan. I hate being taken advantage of. This being said was one of the... More

Savoy beach is a really good hotel. I have stayed there normally once a year for vacation. The hotel is clean, quite few rooms, with a lovely garden and swimming pool as well as a excellent breakfast in restaurant Tre Olive. The staff is friendly, the cleaning is absolutely spotless. A special thanks to Cristina in the reception as she... More

Fantastic hotel, clean large rooms. Although it is 4 star L this is definitely quality and impeccable service of five start hotel and much more. However, this hotel is very busy in June and September with lots of weddings. A bit remote but if you want nice relaxing easy going holiday this is a hiden jewl.

We stayed at The Savoy Beach for 7 days and loved it . After a 2hr drive from Naples we were delighted when we saw The Savoy Beach . The hotel is located on a street which has around 5 luxurious hotels - The Savoy Beach perhaps the best . The reception area is extremely beautiful with gorgeous floral arrangements... More

A very glamorous, top notch hotel with a first class restaurant - and very friendly staff. However, this hotel is best suited to events - weddings, conferences, etc. As independent travelers, we enjoyed our stay overall but lost several nights' sleep because of noise in adjacent rooms - from event guests either socializing or being on the phone in the... My wife and I spent the final 4 days of our Italian honeymoon at the Savoy Beach Hotel in Paestum. We travelled early/pre-season (April 2014). The first thing we noticed was that the hotel was incredibly grand. Given that it only has 30 rooms, and is in the middle of nowhere (Paestum doesn't have a lot around) it's a huge... More

Not only does the hotel stand out from its neighbours when viewed from the outside, the quality continues inside and in the rooms and restaurant. We elected to stay in a smaller room with a view over the garden and pool rather than the larger room looking towards the sea, because its only view is trees. Our room was large... More

The Savoy Beach Hotel was a happy surprise in the small town of Paestum. Service was great, the beautiful rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were the largest we had anywhere in Italy. Best of all was the fabulous pool that our family of four enjoyed immensely. We stayed just one night and the hotel restaurant was busy with a... More
