We had a lovely time at La Magnolia. Serena was delightful and very helpful. The location is just a few metres from the magnificent Duomo of Orvieto and I would certainly recommend it. Rooms are upstairs but if you can manage your luggage, its worth it. The family room has views of the Duomo. ;-)

The B&B is only a couple min walk from the Duomo. Its a small town so its centrally located to all the sights and restaurants. Serena is a charming host. Our room was lovely and very spacious with two beds. There is no elevator, but that is typical of old European buildings. The bathroom has original frescoes. Breakfast is served... More

Great location, very close to Duomo. But: big flight of stairs if it's on the 1st floor. It gets complicated when you have big luggage because there is no elevator. Poor attendance and poor breakfast. There is no reception and sometimes it's difficult to find the manager. I asked for a blanket but they didn't send it. There is no... More

it's very important for us to give the best to our guests but it's also important to know before all the services we offer , and that is very clear on all our web sites, we are a B&B and not a 4 stars hotel, so no concierge, no reception h 24 , no lunch service but italian breakfast, not... More

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful host and a beautiful, clean room! It is set in a great location, and Serena, the host, made excellent suggestions for places to dine in town that served local fare at reasonable prices. Her family owns the bar downstairs as well, and that is were the breakfast is served.... More

For the first leg of our honeymoon we spent five days at this amazing B&B, and enjoyed every minute of it. We booked the apartment, which was very convenient, as it offered all the space we needed to invite friends over for drinks and dinner in the evenings. The apartment offered classic Italian architecture, including painted ceilings, and domed brick... More

We booked for two nights and stayed for 4. Serena is a wonder hostess who made great restaurant recommendations. La Magnolia is a couple of hundred meters from The Duomo and handy to everything. Try to get a room in front overlooking the street as the double glazed , double casement windows can be closed to keep out the tolling... More

I can't say enough good things about this place, the host, and the apartment! We booked the apartment for four adults and a child. It was perfect. Rooms were cozy and clean. Kitchen was well equipped and the location convenient to everything. Serena made sure we had everything we needed including a crib and extra blankets when it got cold.... More

Got a very Nice and central apartment in Orvieto, although I hadde booked a room, because I was to stay for five days. Nice gesture from the landlady. Quiet rooms, free wifi. Breakfast in next door bar, coffee and cakes.

An easy 5 min. walk to get to La Magnolia from Il Duomo piazza, no need to take a taxi (if you arrive by train). The B & B is on the 2nd floor (1st floor European), actually about 2 flights of stairs (no elevator). The room was very spacious, high ceilings with a fresco, and a large bathroom. Serena... More
