Room comfortable, service and breakfast good, but air conditioning did not work. We were in a room on the second floor with just the roof above us. It was pretty warm during the night and I suspect during July and August it would have been oppressive. Our room also was right next to the terrace which meant that you were... More

We would have given it 5 stars had it not been for an initial mix-up with two rooms being booked as we have different surnames. Unfortunately the receptionist did not speak English and we hadn't printed our booking. When we asked to log on to the internet to retrieve our booking, she wanted 5 Euro. Anyway help in the form... We only stayed one night at the Hotel Corso, but it was easy to get to if you do not have a car. It is halfway between the funicular (across from the train station) and the Duomo. The staff was friendly although the youngest staff member spoke limited English. The room size was fine and we had a small balcony.... More

Room was nice and the city was charming and friendly. The local restaurants where we ate at during our two day stay were great as well. However - Upon check-in we told the clerk about our rental car so that they could report the license plate to the Police so we would not be cited. We had read all the... More

This hotel is convenient to the funicular, on the main street and right at the edge of the mire touristy section. Was quiet and comfortable. The room was large, clean and quite cozy, adjacent to a balcony over the street. Breakfast was the standard one gets, the food was hot when it should be and the coffee excellent.

This family owned hotel for 18 years was spotless and comfortable. The town of Orvieto is beautiful, scenic, charming and friendly. Family speaks English and various members were at the desk at different times of the day. Nice buffet breakfast included. A/C worked very well. Excellent location. We reserved parking in advance (6 Euros) on the internet when we reserved... More

Conveniently located and we were able to garage our car. Very helpful staff, even when the language was a problem could use Google translation facility. Room obviously decorated with love and included slippers as well. Pretty good breakfast.

Everything was ok, location very good - close to the cable car that goes down to the train station, yet in the old town already. Nice pub across the street that opens in the evening. The price maybe a bit too high for this hotel though.

My husband and I stayed here about a week and a half ago on a two week trip to Italy. The only thing I can say that I really did like about it was the look of the outside of it and the location. I followed a recommendation from Rick Steves book. The hotel staff spoke little English and I... More

This hotel is very clean and very easy to find and conveniently located. Price was moderate and included a continental breakfast with good italian coffee. The front desk people spoke little English but we managed to communicate so it wasn't a problem. In fact we have no complaints about this place except one. There were families staying here with young... More
