The room was charming and light, and a great place to spend the late evening during a crazy windy rain storm. A treat was waiting which made our anniversary particularly nice at this hotel! Noise was a little more prominent through the walls, but no more than could be expected in a historic building. Helpful staff, a cheery breakfast, and... More

I stayed here for one night, and had a great experience. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the shower was nice and hot! Location was also great too, and served as a good launching point to explore Orvieto. However, I really have to rave about the service that I received from Alessandro (sp?). I was lost and... More

I spent one night here with my husband. The breakfast was superb. The options were plentiful and had a very good fruit selection (which is a nice surprise). The shower was on the small side (in our regular double room) even for European standards. However, the room itself was plenty spacious for two people and very clean. The parking was... More

We stayed at the hotel for one night in May. The location was just right for us: a few blocks from the main piazza, just far enough to have less street noise at night. The room was clean but no-frills: very hard bed (the hardest of the 5 italian hotels we stayed in this trip) and tiny shower (with plenty... More

This hotel is well located. We booked a standard double room-this room was quite good & the included breakfast in the room rate was good. Rooms are a little dated. A nice stay but wouldn't rave about it. Laundry facilities would be good in all hotels but few have them. A kettle in the room would have been good too,... More

Hotel Corso is a quiet, charming little hotel right in the heart of Orvieto. Our room was lovely, clean and had a king-size bed!! In Italy, a king-size bed is unheard-of. Very friendly and helpful staff and a great value. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

Owned and run by the same family who own the slightly more upscale 'Grand Hotel' on the Piazza Populo, this affordable well-run place has the ease of being close to the funicular, and all things central in Orvieto. Very clean, helpful staff, nice breakfast, comfy rooms, what more can you ask for?

Nice people. Motel 6 feel. Old bead spreads. Our room was literally next to an outside "porch", where we had to listen to 2 old Americans talk loud and smoke their cigars into the wee hours of the night. Good luck here. Good breakfast. Located on the main drag. Would stay at the BB Saint Ange 42 next time. Orvieto... More

Clean, comfortable and in a good location. Stayed here 3 years ago and there was FREE parking at a municipal lot. Now the town has built a massive underground garage that sits nearly empty. Why? 12+ Euros to park overnight! Tourists are the only people forced to use the lot.
