If you want to visit Orvieto not spending too much in a hotel the Oasi is a good choice. The facilities are Ok and the service good for us, a family using 2 rooms. Restaurant could not offer us a dinner as we expected, since was not fully working. Anyway they offered us "something to eat" and this avoided us... More

Had pre-booked for 2 nights but left after 1. First room was unmade (and looked tiny) so had to change but got a triple room (which would have been a squeeze for 3 people). Staff were friendly and apologetic. Bedroom was very simple and basic but the en-suite really concerned me as it had white mould which drifted off the... More

I would have rated this hotel as good but the choice is average or very good so I opted for very good due to the value for money. I have read some of the negative reviews about this hotel and although most of them are true it did not make the hotel poor or terrible. In our experience we found... More

This is a good simple place to stay very close to the beautiful town of Orvieto, if you have a car. It's only five minutes from the main carpark with lifts and escalators to take you up to the city. While the hotel isn't very pretty, it's clean, spacious, quiet and has plenty of space for sitting and relaxing outside... More

We stayed at this hotel during late October 2012, on our way from Sorrento to Venice. It is a comparatively modern small conference/convention hotel, set in the countryside below Orvieto, with meeting facilities on each floor and a large dining/banquet/ballroom. A chapel adjoins the hotel, presumably for pilgrims.Lobby is very spacious. Staff: friendly and helpful (someone at the front office... More

Stopped here because of bad weather en route to Pienza. Very hard to find from northbound A1 freeway. Even with sporadic hotel singage along route, I do not think that I could have found it in the rainy darkness without my GPS. Hotel is NOT in Orvieto, but in small adjoining town. Super cheap rate. Spartan rooms and décor. But... More

Don't be fooled: this hotel is in Sferracavallo, which is a neighboring town of Orvieto. It is a bit far from the city center. We had a car, so we were fine. Service was ok, just a little too slow. The rooms were kind of old. The bathroom smelled bad and the shower was horrible. The double bed was a... More

We were traveling through Orvieto and stayed just two days at the end of August. We fell in love in the city and region. The hotel is outside the old town, but it is very close and very easy to find. The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. It is located in a very quiet part, almost... More

Hotel is located outside the town of Orvieto, one needs to drive in to the city or take a bus. The building is very an-attractive, it was build for use as a seminary and sold and redone as hotel. Hence it feels like a cheap communist style dorm. Services are poor, most maids and cooks are immmigrants, reception personnel barely... More

There was a small refrigerator in the room, and I travel with medicine which must be kept cold, and taken with milk. Every day, the maid would take my medicine and my milk out of the refrigerator and put it on the table. This was bizzare and unacceptable. We repeatedly spoke to the manager at the front desk, he just... More
