Our group of 4 felt immediately welcomed by Alberto and his daughter and we instantly fell in love with their warm Italian hospitality. Alberto felt like a long lost uncle and he went out of his way to make sure our stay was great. We enjoyed lunch shortly after our arrival - the freshest salad with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers... My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! It was the best part of our trip! Alberto and his family were so wonderful, kind, and generous. Their property is beautiful. A little piece of heaven in the stunning Italian countryside. The views from their farm are spectacular. My husband and I loved watching the sunset from the deck and... More

stayed here in march 2013 with family (3 young children). Great location, lovely meals, and just a short adventure to the old town. Thanks alberto for the home cooked meal and limoncello, and the lift to the train station. We would recommend to anyone seeking an authentic italian travel experience.

My husband and I stayed for two nights in September. Alberto picked us up at train station and was a very helpful host. He and his daughter took us to a winery one day and cooked us up a nice meal that evening. The accommodation is very comfortable. The pool was a nice treat. The walk up the hill got... More

Alberto makes one feel like the most important guest he has ever had. The place is beautiful and the hospitality outstanding. Location is convenient to Orvieto, but as noted elsewhere, it is easy to miss the entrance.

This is a lovely place - a little oasis that allows you to walk up to Orvieto when you like and feel like a local. Despite being near the road and train you really dont hear them and instead enjoy the lovely surroundings. Great for the kids with space to play, explore and swim.

On arrival one is welcomed by the delightful owner who is obviously very proud of his house and small estate. The house itself is a lovely old farmhouse set in a small but very attractive estate which includes a superb swimming pool. The owner produces much of his own food such as cheese, yoghurt, fresh fruit and tomatoes to die... More

Bring a Google Map printout of the location. It's a hard to see hairpin left off the main road up to Orvietto. We arrived earlier than check in time, and were warmly greeted by Alberto, the owner, who clearly loves his property and loves his job. The room had just been mopped, was spacious with a private bathroom. He encouraged... More

We stayed at B&B last September but just forgot to write a review. We had an amazing time here. The room and bathroom was large and clean. The the grounds are beautiful and it is located below the town of Orvieto. Short walk. As other viewers mentioned, the best part is Alberto. He welcomed us immediately and made us feel... More

This accomodation is good, but it could be better. You cannot change the location: you hear the highway as well as the trains passing by. It lies quite near to Orvieto, you can do a short hike to get there. The pool is okay but not super, there are many mosquitoes. The towels in the room have a musty smell... More
