It is easy to find from the main road (we came from Rome). The location is very convenient - out of the city, but really close to it, just beneath the walls of the old town. The beautiful garden is treated with evident love and creativity. A very warm welcome from the host family. The breakfast is good, with more... More

Podere Sette Piagge has a very nice setting at the base of the hill town of Orvieto. The pictures of the yard and pool made this location very temping when we were booking. Sadly, during our stay it was cooler and raining so we were not able to enjoy them, however, based on the layout and view, their pool and... More

We were welcomed at the railway station by Alberto. We were exhausted, tired and in need of nurturing and comfort and from the minute we arrived that is exactly what we received. Alberto assisted us in carrying our very heavy luggage up the most beautifully marble tiled steps to our bedroom at the top with lovely views and privacy, We... More

We came to this "Podere" via Airbnb. We received a very warm welcome from the owner which was just as kind as many described. They also arranged for a special kid towel which was a nice touch. However, we were given a very tiny & low ceiling room under the roof which really didn't meet our needs or the expectations... More

many many thanks to Alberto and his family for our wonderful stay in July. Alberto's bruschetta for breakfast was divine, the pool was very welcome, our room was very comfortable. The location of the b&b is great. We loved feeling we were in the country and enjoyed the 20 minute leisurely walk up to the village for dinner (means we... More

We absolutely loved this quaint B&B and it owners, Alberto and his daughter Francesa. They were excellent hosts that are mostly bilingual. It was the highlight of our recent annual trip to Italy. The B&B is immediately off the main road leading up to Orvieto. At night the gates are closed for security but I can't imagine who would or... More

Our group of 4 felt immediately welcomed by Alberto and his daughter and we instantly fell in love with their warm Italian hospitality. Alberto felt like a long lost uncle and he went out of his way to make sure our stay was great. We enjoyed lunch shortly after our arrival - the freshest salad with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers... My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! It was the best part of our trip! Alberto and his family were so wonderful, kind, and generous. Their property is beautiful. A little piece of heaven in the stunning Italian countryside. The views from their farm are spectacular. My husband and I loved watching the sunset from the deck and... More

stayed here in march 2013 with family (3 young children). Great location, lovely meals, and just a short adventure to the old town. Thanks alberto for the home cooked meal and limoncello, and the lift to the train station. We would recommend to anyone seeking an authentic italian travel experience.

My husband and I stayed for two nights in September. Alberto picked us up at train station and was a very helpful host. He and his daughter took us to a winery one day and cooked us up a nice meal that evening. The accommodation is very comfortable. The pool was a nice treat. The walk up the hill got... More
