We stayed just one night here on our Italian Road Trip. How we wished we could have stayed longer. We had suite 8 which had its own patio with seating and a beautiful view from the room. Everything here was very tastefully done and the owner greeted us with drinks and lots of information. Recommended a restaurant in Orvieto which... More

Very highly recommended Bed-and-breakfast. It is a short distance outside Orvieto. The views are awesome, especially if you climb the cliff overlooking the resort. Orvieto is a a very interesting town, lots of history. Excellent restaurants. The breakfast that they offer at Misia is very nice, beautiful dining room. The hostess was very gracious. She brought us cappuccino and cake... More

what can we say? the hotel is lovely, about 6 miles to orvieto. we usually like staying right in the city so we can walk to everything, but our time in misia was worth it! giorgio and elena were wonderfully helpful, the restaurant next door at the winery was excellent. beautiful views.

We stayed at Misia recently, and thought it was great. We were in room 4, which was very nice and had a small balcony with stairs leading out to the road, overlooking the countryside. We were welcomed by Giorgio, one of the owners. He was very nice and gave us a tasty glass of white wine on arrival. We were... More

I feel horrible that it has taken me so long to review this hotel and their staff considering the level of service they provided during my stay. I had the opportunity to overnight at this property for 3 nights during spring 2014. From the moment I arrived the two owners took care of every question and need. They provided excellent... More

There is a reason that establishments are rated the highest in an area and the Misia Resort is no exception. It meets very high expectations. The location is 10-15 minutes out of Orvieto, but, not impossible to find. Just follow your GPS and you will be there. The views from our room were stunning. The room was updated, clean and... More

This is a beautiful spa and resort. They have been restoring an old stone farmhouse in a classy manner; it is simply done and in excellent taste. The owners plan to restore other buildings to make a villa community. This resort is located outside Orvieto and on a mountain with spectacular views . This resort should be on your itinerary..it... Old World charm is more than a culture experience here at Misia! The decor on the inside is very tasteful and upscale with a subtle elegance. Helena the owner has put her heart and sole into making this a first class resort experience. She was a welcoming hostess and it made the overnight stay a highlight of the trip to... More

All the reviews are true...Misia is #1. Giorgio met us outside when we arrived, and brought us in for a glass of wine and a map and told of the highlights of Orvieto and the area. After spending the remainder of our day in Orvieto, we enjoyed the clean, comfortable and beautifully-decorated room upon our return. In the morning we... More

Friendly and invitng owner. The best combination of a B&B feel, close to Orvieto, yet quiet location. The owner has fantastic decorative sense, a unique blend of modern finishes in old school charm and Tuscan colors. Wondetful morning hike (400 meters, short) to the top of the hill the hotel is nestled against and one has unparalleled views of the... More
