This hotel is solo nice and charming!!!! It has a convenient location and the views are spectacular. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and renovated. My husband and I stayed here for 1 night on June 06, 2014. We absolutely loved this B&B. It’s better than a 5 star hotel. Everything was above our expectations!!! Our room was exceptionally clean and cosy. The breakfast was delicious and you could have it outside overlooking the beautiful countryside! Daniele, the host, was most generous and welcoming. He... Probably the best b&b I have ever stayed in and I have visited 43 countries. More a small boutique hotel than a b&b. Modern with every amenity Welcomed by the host on arrival with a welcome drink on the patio overlooking the countryside and the he took us to the town in his car. It is walkable but we are... More

The owner works the place everyday and he is attentive and helpful to the guests. Rooms are very clean and large and the breakfast is quite good. One day he even loaned us two euros in change to use in the parking meters in old town Orvieto. The outdoor terrace is very welcoming with great views and a nice place... More

We stayed at B&B degli Ulivi just one night, but would definitely go back for a longer stay. The views are amazing, Daniele, the host, was most generous and welcoming. Breakfast is served in a terrace overlooking the valley and consisted of delicious local pastries, fresh fruit and juices and cereals. The bed was comfortable and the room was very... More

Driving from Cortona to Rome we decided to visit Orvieto. After reading all the excellent reviews on tripadviser we decided to stay two night at the B&B degli Ulivi. This is one of the best B&Bs we stayed in. Daniel, the owner, was there to greet us and made us feel welcome. Even though we were not able to reserve... More

On a quick moving trip through Italy, we only dedicated one night to exploring Orvieto and Civita de Bagnoregio. Wish we had stayed longer. Daniele could not have been a more helpful and welcoming host, providing an overview of the town and even a quick ride up the hill to the city center upon checking in. After an amazing time... More

We had driven from Rome and selected Villa delgi Ulivi for it location in Orvieto as well as the on-site parking. We were not disappointed! Our host greeted us and assisted us with our luggage the moment we arrived. We had two lovely rooms on the top floor with gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside. The rooms and baths were... Upon arriving Daniele greeted us, showed us around, offered to fill the jacuzzi tub, and gave us a lift into town for dinner (it is an short walk from the B&B). The room was immaculate, spacious, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Breakfast offered a wide variety of pastries, cheesecakes, fruits, hard-boiled eggs. Daniele, who is native to Orvieto,... More
