Wonderful rooms, spacious and clean with our private bathroom and changing room, original ceilining of the 15th century, wifi and cable tv and....top of the pop a great, very generous breakfast. I am definitely going to make it my home when in Orvieto. I told in advance I am vegetarian and specail options were offered fro breakfast, Service with a... More

This B&B is hard to locate because of ancient street layout in Orvieto. The instructions are not too clear. However, it is worth finding if you like quaint, clean, centrally located B&Bs. Parking is not available, so you must park in public parking and "feed the meter" daily, but the parking is fairly close and not too expensive. The rooms... More

What a lucky and excellent find. Right in the middle of town and super close to everything. Walk anywhere! My wife and I arrived with our two young sons and were swept away by the kindness of the owners family. They were so helpful in helping us with sights to see, places to eat and things to do and we... We were late arriving at this hotel on our first evening, but thankfully the lady had left a message and number for us to ring. The kind taximan ran the number for us and she very kindly came in. The building is in a narrow street, but I afterwards realised that Orvieto has a lot of narrow streets. The only... More

A beautiful spot very close to the domme, less than 5 minutes walk. We parked easily about 200 meters from the b&b amd were able to stay overnight. It is free from 2100 to 0800. The rooms are clean and supplied with all the basics. The staff were helpful and gave excellent recommendations for where to eat.

Stayed one night. Comfortable bed in a quiet room. Good breakfast & friendly receptionist. Attention , if you have a car in Orvieto, overnight parking is very difficult to find & very expensive. Perhaps finding a hotel or b&b with parking is a wise consideration. No in room wifi but it is available in lower reception area.

We stayed at this location on a whim and were completely blown away. The entire building is extremely well cared for and has gorgeous rooms. Our balcony was very small but AMAZING and had really lovely views. We will definitely be returning and bringing family with us to fill the whole place up and enjoy together. Two things to note:... We were met at the square before entering Orvieto by a lovely, intelligent young lady named Alessia who spoke excellent English. Apparently Guilia (lady who runs the B&B) had sent me a text message informing me that Alessia would meet us but we didn’t get it until we had access to w-fi so we were taken quite by surprise when...
