We visited 8 hotels in Northern Italy and Casa Selita was our favorite. The setting was peacefu and romanticl, the views were exceptional and Selita and her husband went out of their way to make your stay "special". Orvieto is a charming town. We will be back.

Stayed 2 nights in 2013 and returned again this year we loved it so much. Selita and Ennio both are very helpful with nearby sites!! The accommodations are perfect and the location is even better! While there you should bus trip to Civita for the day. Unbelievable!

We loved staying at Casa Selita and wished we could have stayed longer. The setting is so tranquil, yet a short walk to the bustling hill town of Orvieto. The owners, Selita and Ennio, are wonderful people, so warm and caring. The breakfast is superb and different every day. Walking to Orvieto was so convenient. Our favorite place to stay... More

We were recommended by a friend to Casa Selita. It is a wonderfully quiet setting, with the Estruscan flavour, in the midst of Rosemary bushes and Olive trees, with an amazing view of the valley as well as Orvieto, atop cliff of Volcanic rocks. The host, Selita and Ennio are very friendly-we mainly dealt with Selita who is full of... More

I wanted to spend some time in Zumbria that was easy to get to by train and bus, I decided on Zumbria and found the most perfect B&B. Five minutes outside the wall of the city down a little pathway nestled in a field of olive tress is Casaselita. This was the perfect place. The couple who own it are... More

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Selita B&B. The hosts, Selita and Ennio, are charming, knowledgable and genuinely interested in their guests. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The property is stunning. Breakfast was delicious and we very much enjoyed meeting other travellers in the common area. The only negative was the weather (rain!) for two of our three... More

After arriving into Rome it was only a short drive to Casa Selita to recover and easy to settle in with very comfortable accommodation (we stayed in the Midday room) great hosts and breakfast. It is only a short walk (as other reviews say) up to Orvieto, very convenient for dinner with lots of restaurants to choose from. We chose... More

Having enjoyed a wonderful experience with Selita & Enio two years ago I couldn't wait to revisit when I returned to beautiful Orvieto. It was just as charming as I remembered..the accommodation in beautiful surroundings with such attention to detail..the enjoyable breakfast with the opportunity to mix with other guests and sometimes join up for excursions or a meal... or... We stayed at Casa Selita in November and LOVED every minute of it! The atmosphere was wonderful! I truly felt like I was living the Italian life! If you are looking for a quaint little piece of heaven in Orvieto, this is your place. It is picturesque, charming, sweet and homey. Selita and Enio were warm and friendly, making our... More

Nestled into a green hillside with an olive grove and rustic, terraced garden, you would never guess this comfortable and inviting B&B lies just below a convenient escalator and elevator to the historical center. The immediate surrounds are pastoral and idyllic. In early April, rosemary is flowering like lavendar along the banks of Selita's green terraces. Inside, it is kept... More
