We have stayed here twice now and will definately return. Every aspect from arrival to departure is first class. We stayed in one of the larger suites in the central section above the entrance area. The decor ,room layout,facilitiesand views are excellent. The family owners seem to be are around most of the tiime thus ensuring that the high standards... more

Wonderful Hotel...Fantastic Staff. We had two nights at this lovely hotel... Stayed in type C suite... very clean , reasonable size and seperate shower. Great food in very nice restaurant so take a half board rate. What stood out above everything else was the total consistency of service from all the staff...they were fantastic. only one word : PERFECT. All is perfect in this marvellous hotel : staff, decoration of the room, food, breakfast, facilities (saunas, swimming pool...). A wonderful address ! We will surely go back ! more

My husband and I recently stayed for three nights at the Gardena hotel. We originally only intended it as a stop on the way to Verona so that we could see the Dolomites. A single man, I stayed for a week in October 2004 and can tell you that the other reviews are exactly on target. What made the hotel so memorable to me was the staff. We stayed here for a week in March 2004 and it was one of our best-ever hotel experiences. The hotel was recently upgraded to a well-deserved five stars. The service was wonderful.
