We went to Ortisei for a friend's wedding and otherwise may never have gone. We've been lucky enough to do A LOT of travelling and this hotel was phenomenal for families. Unbeatable! Great service, fantastic food, kids were super happy. Ski school very good. Only downside was that the kids club was understaffed, we went during mid-term holiday, so we expected busy... Have recommended to everyone I know. Will be back with friends next year! more

We were looking for a spa hotel in St. Ulrich area and in November this was one of the few/only places open. This is a total family place...but they kindly let us stay even though we did not have any kids with us! (Seriously, you can't stay there in busy season without kids).
