I don't want to leave. I have never stayed in a better hotel! No negatives at all. The front desk was extremely helpful in both checking in and helping us select activities while I'm Norcia. They were also great at pointing us in the right direction for gelato, tours, etc. The spa was wonderful. I enjoyed a one hour massage... More

Again at Palazzo Seneca, this time with my wife who was turning sixty and in the mood for celebration. We got an upgrade (thanks) for the room, with the bathroom being great. The previous reviews tell all about the taste and the many beautiful halls, library etc. We also loved the wellness area, especially the Sauna and the Hammam, enjoyed... More

Our Art Geoup stayed here two nights, the reception & restaurant staff were friend,y, helpful and welcoming. Out room-a queen sized bed was large with abundant clothes storage chests, a large bath/shower room and comfortable chairs & desk. Quiet, just steps from the main square with a very large & tasty breakfast.

This is a grand, old (1800s?), lovingly restored, elegant in the center of Norcia, a shopping mecca for pork, salami, truffles, cheese, etc. There are exceptionally comfortable common rooms, plus a good library. The room we stayed in, room 206, is a large, very well appointed and quiet room with its own private balcony. The bathroom arrangement is that there... More

Norcia is a lovely charming town. I had thought that it would be a good base to explore some of the lovely hill towns of Umbria. What I didn't realise is that it is quite difficult to get to because of narrow winding roads. Spoleto is the nearest city and while it's only about 40km but it takes about 50... More

We came to Palazzo Seneca for the cooking school with Chef Emanuelle and had the time of our lives! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about his profession, he was a great teacher- personable, fun and charming to boot! His staff in the kitchen were also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! This is a foodie's Italian dream! You will learn so... More

The location, design, from large to small details was just perfect. Stuff was super friendly and helpful. The communal spaces are beautifully designed and makes feel comfy and at home. Excellent rich breakfast in the most beautiful room overlooking the inner garden. In short, a rare gem of the highest rank of great and professional hospitality.

We stayed at the Palazzo Seneca for two night for our friends wedding. The hotel is small and in the heart of the town. Very quiet, the rooms are gorgeous and the view over the mountains is beautiful. The staff is 5*, marvellous.

We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Seneca. Despite the fact that we had to wait at least 10 min as we arrived when others were checking in, we were very happy to set our bags down and explore the common areas of this beautifully restored hotel. The staff (both in the hotel and restaurant Vespasia) accommodated our every request... More

Found this hotel through an article in a magazine, OMG are we glad bought the magazine, From the staff, the rooms, the food, the location, in fact everything was just wonderful.
