family run by Mother and her Son, awesome family. I can't say enough of the two of them, so helpful and great suggestions. GreaT VALUE , very clean, friendly, felt like home only somebody else did all the work. I would revisit.

I booked 3 rooms for myself and friends in September. Even before we arrived, their help in finding a transfer to Florence airport was outstanding. From the warm greetings of Matteo and his Mom to their help with any request was the best. The service at the lovely breakfast buffet and the home cooked dinner was great. They treated us... More

We were warmly welcomed by the owner and her son. We stayed there for two nights. Since we had a car, the location was great for touring. They suggest we tour a little winery in the village of Montefollonico, which turned out to be a GREAT find! The restaurant next door had excellent food for a very good price. The... More

We were a family of four traveling to Tuscany. This was a great place, probably one of the best hotels we stayed in Tuscany. The owner a wonderful lady, welcomed up and gave two rooms for the night. She also very well informed, gave a great map and of the city. We like the fact that the hotel was outside... More

A hotel recently reformed, clean, but I think a littel bit expensive, quite normal in Italy. The hotel is located near to Montepulciano, good place place to visit the area. The staff is very nice. If you are looking for a hotel for a couple of days, could be a good choice.

Not actually in Montepulciano, it is Sant Albino, about 5km away, midway between Montepulciano and Chianciano Terme. Easy to find in a side street off the main road through the village. The village itself is an uninspiring suburb type place but is centrally located for a number of excellent Italian towns nearby. A modern style hotel, rooms with small balconies,... More

This small family run hotel is very modern, with elevator and limited off street parking although plenty of free on street parking. We never had a problem securing one of the three private off street parking and we were there 3 nights. You need a car to visit the nearby Tuscan towns and they were easy to get to. The... More

Yes, this hotel is located a 5-10 minute drive from Montepulciano, so you need to have a car for this place to be worth it. But assuming you do your homework and know that – this place is an absolute steal for the summer in Italy. Clean room with some modern furnishings, plus a nice terrace at least in our... More

I Due Cigni May 20 From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. We arrived at noon and was able to check in. Matteo was very up beat and friendly. He gave us a suggestion as to where to tour in the afternoon and provided a good restaurant to eat that night. The hotel was very easy to find... More

We stayed 4 nights at I Due Cigni and were very impressed especially by the nice staff and the excellent breakfast. The hotel is family run and it was a pleasure to stay there because the mother and her 2 sons are really really nice and friendly. They also provided us with a lot of information on things to do...
