Residenza Fabroni is an architectural gem, very fitting in a town as historic as Montepulciano. It was so comfortable and charming with all of the modern amenities at home. The view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking and was perfect for afternoon naps in the sun. Ombretta and Angela were so helpful, coordinating a local spa retreat for us as... More

Recently under new management and the 2 sisters were wonderful hosts. We loved their information of their city, the handy private parking spot, the filling buffet breakfast with local products, free wifi , a large and comfortable room and best of all was the fact that we had the residenza to our selves as we were the only guests at... We spent four nights at Residenza Fabroni and loved everything about this B&B. Hosts Barbara and Fabrio are gracious, helpful, knowledgeable and all around genuinely lovely people. They attend to their guests as if we were beloved family, nothing was of trouble, always a smile. Plus, they know the area very well and answered many questions. We stayed in the... More

This a beautiful property within the walls of Montepulciano. The property dates to the 16th century and has a gorgeous travertine staircase and rooms full of exquisite, antique furnishings. We loved the views of the Tuscan hills from every room, including the rooftop patio. Fabio and Barbara were warm and welcoming and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would... More

The beautiful palazzo, with authentic charme and the hospitality of Fabio and Barbara made our stay a perfect finalle to our honeymoon in Tuscany. We are world travellers, but this exprience was exceptional and real. This place is not made to look old, it looks like someone lived here yesterday- 100 years ago. Great location, great experience, great views! The... More

Built in a 17th century residence that Napolean is rumoured to have visited. This is one great place to stay. The rooms are magnificent, the bathrooms totally up to date,(lots of hot water) and the breakfast is excellent. Fabiola and Barbara are your hosts and they and are genteel and gracious at every turn. You will be in the middle... More

Fabio and Barbara were truly excellent in their hospitality. Their genuine manner in taking care of our needs was more the exception than the norm in the 2.5 weeks we spent touring Italy. From recommending a great option for lunch at Acquacheta to recommending a good door-opener to Montepulciano vino nobile wine. We had a quad-sharing room that was spacious... More

A fortunate series of events brought us to Residenza Fabroni. We could not have been more pleased with the way things worked out. The property is very old and furnished with wonderful antiques. We had the good fortune to have the place to ourselves, with the exception of the occasional visit from Barbara and Fabio, who are lovely, extremely willing... More

Babara and Fabio were very nice and went out of their way to ensure that we have a smooth arrival. Unfortunately I had some issue on my own end and were not able to stay as planned, but this would definitely be my choice of stay when I return to the area.

As a family of three we enjoyed staying in the family suite of this gorgeous old home. Fabio and Barbara were wonderful hosts. They have managed to retain the old world charm of this home with it's quaint furnishings and yet it is fresh, clean and comfortable. We had two seperate bedrooms and a bathroom, all of which was seperated... More
