My husband booked this hotel for my 50th Birthday. What an amazing place. Melania took such great care of us. Shebooked our dinner reservations each night, all of which were wonderful choices. She treated me on my Birthday with strawberries, chocolates and flowers. There was attention to detail in everything they did from robes to breakfast. The historic rooms with modern... More

Montepulciano is one of my favorite small towns in Italy and as such I wanted to stay in a peaceful and friendly hotel. Palazzo Carletti was a pleasure and even more so was Melania...our receptionist. She offered great advice for local wine tastings and dinner and even drove with us to park our car (so we didn't go around the... More

Mrs Luisa , thanks for the great hospitality and service you offered us during our family visit this week. Our friends from San Francisco were delighted as well . The Palazzo is beautiful and made us feel as though we were living back in 1800 century as the original noblesse did. Service was very friendly and awesome with the kids.... More

I'm not sure what was better - staying in an 18th century palazzo that manages to combine original frescoed ceilings with multi-jet showers, or a proprietor who I'd actually count as a friend I'd come to visit on my next trip. The phenomenally helpful Luisa was a pleasure from start to finish, and staying at the Palazzo Carletti made us... More

We stayed here when we were in Montepulciano on our honeymoon. It was as nice if not nicer than some of the other 5 star hotels we stayed in on the rest of our honeymoon. Its located right on the main street in the town and you you can walk anywhere in a matter of minutes. Christen was very nice... More

We were very warmly welcomed to this beautiful palazzo. Our room was spacious and full of luxurious details. The bathroom was fantastic and everything was ultra clean. The palazzo is located in an ideal place to visit the beautiful town of Montepulciano.

During our two week car trip through Italy we stayed one night in the Palazzo Carletti in Montepulciano. We normally never stay in Bed and breakfasts or Inns but this one had so good reviews that we could not resist. We booked the Deluxe Albany Suite online for three persons. According to the website this particular room had a pull... More

A perfect small inn in the center of the historic district. Christian, the host was the most helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the area and can arrange anything you want to do.Everything was outstanding. The rooms are very spacious and even have an ice maker!! The bathrooms are also modern and wonderful. A great stay that beat our expectations.

Whilst travelling around Tuscany for two weeks, my friend and I stayed for one night in Palazzo Carletti. We were both impressed by the lovely welcome from Christian who was attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The suite was completely stunning with beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside, a jacuzzi bath and everything you needed. The breakfast was excellent. Montepulciano... More
