We traveled to Italy in October 2013 with a tour group. We stayed at Hotel Da Vinci. We were warned that ratings of hotel in Europe do not compare to those in the USA. How true! The hotel was VERY clean which is #1 on my list. Room are adequate. Beds are not very comfy and pillows are FLAT. There... More

We loved stayed at this hotel. It was well locAted and had a pool right across. The hotel is walking distance from the train station (i was pregnant so wanted everything nearby) and is very near to all the thermal spas. The room was big enuff for two (considering the price) and had a decent sized balcony overlooking shops and... More

The hotel is nice an clean and in a good location. There is some water noise from the room next door. The breakfast and dinners included were ok nothing great, if you want to eat good italian food go to a restaurant somewhere else. The main problem I had with this hotel was the staff with the exception of Cesare.... More

Just returned from our stay at Hotel Da Vinci. The hotel is excellently located just off the main road and within walking distance of both railway stations. There is a private car park for 7 euros/day or you can park in the street for 3.10 per day ( ticket available from reception ). Parking is free from 20.00 - 08.00.... More

Booked this last minute through BA.Holidays and was slightly worried what we would find since the price for return flights and hotel was only £168.00. Could not have been more surprised. On arrival Stephanie and Cezare made us so welcome and no request was a problem. Trains, Taxi's, Car Parking were all sorted with a smile. Breakfast was ample with... More

The Da Vinci's rooms are fairly basic but well maintained, spacious and clean and bed linen is changed daily. The staff are helpful and will book trips, check train timetables, give advice and are polite and friendly. Breakfast was fine, hot and cold meats, pastries, cereal, tinned and fresh fruit, breads and spreads, juices and a number of hot drinks... More

Booked this hotel as it was situated between Lucca and Florence and it was being offered at an unbeatable price. Our first impression is that the hotel is quite new so all of its amenities are clean and modern (compared to many Italian hotels). The reception was very polite and helpful, and even advised us to park on the street... More

We came across da vinci and the room was heavily discounted,,, we thought we were getting a great deal. When we arrived the room was very basic but we thought fare enough. It turned out... More

We stayed in the Da Vinci in early August, the hotel itself is spotless, can't be faulted for being clean and tidy with maid service everyday. Breakfast is a traditional European continental served until 10am. Wifi is available in the lounge, the hotel bar is no more expensive than local bars and restaurants of which there are several in easy... More
