Situated in the city centre this hotel gives you an excellent opportunity to explore Montecatini Terme as well as Alto. Short walk to the railway station makes it simple to go to Florens, Pisa, Lucca etc. The rooms seem to vary quite a lot, from spacious ones (with two balconies!) and street view to small ones with backyard view. We... More

I stayed at the Hotel Pellegrini for 2 nights with a group. The staff was very helpful and accommodating--even bringing me a fan to my room when the a/c was not working properly. It was fixed the next day too! The rooms had balconies with curtains to keep the light/sound out. The room was in good repair--clean, well-lit, comfy beds.... More

I loved where this hotel was located, though it was quite noisy. The rooms were fine. We had 3 people in our room, and we have 4 single beds in the room. We had a little balcony off our room which was located on the front side of the hotel. The food was really bad though and since our breakfast... More

we were upgraded to this hotel from a 3* but the food was awful. Maybe because of the deal struck by the tour operator ? I would give the food ( we had ) one star ..I certainly wouldn't pay for it !

We saw the outside of this hotel and were a little concerned, the rooms were lovely, basic but clean and had a big bathroom. The restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient and made us feel at home. The location was great, right accross the street from the shopping area and the town was lovely! Would reccomend this hotel to... More

With a large group i stayed at Hotel Terme Pellegrini. The rooms were huge. I had four people in my room, with room to spare! We had a balcony right on the front. It was a bit noisy and the manager didnt speak good English which was hard sometimes. It was right in the middle of this cute little Italian... More

We were part of a Trafalgar European tour group (cost-saver). We stayed at this hotel 1 night and really spent minimal time in the room/hotel – after all we were in Europe to sightsee! Hotel’s positives - big, clean rooms - polished floor boards and plenty of room - comfortable beds and pillows - large bathroom with separate shower -... More
