We only had an overnight stay here in a twin room. The room is nicely made up with vintage decor, clean, spacious, but a little noisy from the street noise and bar close by. The beds were a little uncomfortable and there might as well have been no pillows either as they were far too thin. The ensuite bathroom is... More

Stayed here with a tour group (Expat Explore). It probably was one of the bottom two hotels I stayed at in Europe because of what was available in the room. But the location of this hotel made up for it. We kept referring to the rooms like being at Grandma's house. The decor was fun as it was vintage. But... More

We stayed here for one night as part of an Expat tour. The coach had to unload on a back street as for whatever reason it could not do so outside th hotel though this didn't bother me. The hotel itself is dated and old but the room was spacious and the bathroom was adequate - we stayed in worse!... More

Nice room with a couch area and Insuite coffee. Nice town to wander in, lots of bars and restaurants. No room for a tour bus out front because of one way limits so we had to drag our bags over a couple blocks of cobblestones

Came part of a expat tour. Bus had to unload on a back street as not permitted in front. Dated but ok for the night. Has everything you need. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby for the foodies. Friendly and helpful staff.

A comfortable hotel with more space than most offer. Lovely lobby and an okay breakfast on offer. Alberto the barman made me a vodka so strong I couldn't finish it, a first for me! Value + though, and friendly too.

We had to be dropped off a few streets away as coached can not drop in front of the hotel. Old style hotel with traditional furnishings. A bit dark in the bedrooms due the dark bedding & curtains. Air conditioned. Good selection of foods for continental breakfast in the dinning room. Good drink service outside on the terrace.

I was part of a bus tour, apart from Hostel accommodation this was by far the worst room. Very old I was in the back part of this hotel single bed old bed cover a/c only just worked but not well can't say anything nice about this place. Looks flashy from outside

This hotel was booked as part of a budget group tour. Courteous staff. Nice, big rooms (compared to most European hotels). We also ate a nice dinner. Breakfast was so-so. The location is very good. Many restaurants and shops around the area. Will consider this again for my next visit to Montecatini Terme!

Stayed one night at Hotel Massimo and unfortunately I had left my gold chain behind in the room and only realised I had lost it when in Switzerland. The cleaning staff had found it and handed it in to the reception. When my tour leader contacted them they assured it was found and safely stored awaiting pickup. After a month... More
