A very nice and clean hotel. The hotel is in the centrum of beautiful Montecatini-Terme. It is close to all shops and in a very safe and quiet area. The staff are the kindest people and always there to help. All of the staff are very honest and trustworthy, so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday 100%. In... More

Was here during July 2014 en-route to Venice. Had a quiet room near the back section of the hotel (would have preferred a room over-looking the front street. My room's view was of the back of another building and balconies. There is air-conditioning and the room was clean. Marble bath, with nice-size walk-in shower. The rooms are small, by American... This is a hotel which has preserved a 1920's 1930's feel but with a sympathetic modernisation. Rooms (x2) were good with some period features but modern air conditioning and large refurbished bathrooms with marble finish. Relatively inexpensive (by Roman standards) local restaurants - see Trip Advisor reviews. Hotel restaurant a bit more expensive but good and traditional Italian fare.

Stayed with a tour group and was assigned a room near the back of the hotel. Very quiet there, not sure where the previous reviewers were staying in the hotel. The food was good, and we did have eggs with our breakfast. A small bar near the lobby was very convenient. It is situated in a great area of town... More

This hotel has some very nice things going for it, but the one thing that I have to say on the negative side is that the beds are horrible. I woke up in physical pain after sleeping on the bed at this hotel. I could barely walk the next day. The positives are that it has a BEAUTIFUL view. If... More

This hotel seems inside and outside luxe and richfull. The rooms are good for Italian principes. Good bathroom and bedroom. The dinner was so good. Nice dishes and fresh food. Good crew and help you by a problem. And if you don't like a dish, the make an other dish to make you a happy dinner. The breadfast is not... More

I was staying at the Hotel Massimo D'Azeglio with some friends for the third time this summer. And it was again the best experience for us! The hotel has a very good location with plenty of shops nearby and just a few minutes walk to the railway station. The room was excellent, very clean and tidy with real Tuscan atmosphere.... More

We stayed in this hotel as part of a National Coach Holidays Rome and a Taste of Italy. It was the best hotel of the trip, the Comfort Inn in Metz was unwelcoming to say the least so this hotel made such a difference. Very central, friendly staff and extra helpful for my sister who is Coeliac and daughter who... More

I have visited the famous spa-town of Montecatini Terme four times, and every time I have stayed at Hotel Massimo D'Azeglio. Definitely a hotel worth visiting! A family-run hotel where guests are at the center and where staff do their absolute best in terms of providing good service and make the guest feel at home. The hotel has an excellent... More

Would never recommend this hotel to others. Best thing that can be said is that it's clean. Food average minus. Okay, its a "continental" breakfast, but anything but inviting - not one piece of fruit or a hard boiled egg to be seen. Resorted to taking in own food. Dining room long and narrow with no windows and tables set... More
