I have been to Hotel Innocenti 2 times with my husband and it is the best hotel in Montecatini, because of all the staff. They are absolutely wonderful sweet and helpful and there is always clean rooms. Now I have lost my husband, and therefore wants to get away for a while, so of course I choose to go to... More

Montecatini was absolutely stunning, so we didn't spend much time at the hotel, but the staff was fairly pleasant, although since we were a group of girls (Soccer team) they didn't allow us in the pool because they thought we would break it (and were very rude about it) and only allowed us to eat the complimentary meals they made... The hotel Innocenti is good budget hotel, very close to the centre of Montecatini Terme, on a side road, this makes it quite quiet. Although a single traveller I was put in a double room, which was well decorated and would be spacious for two. The bathroom had a shower. The room was clean and comfortable. The Innocenti is about... More

This hotel is very good value for money. Shabby chic but all works ok, and friendly staff. Rooms are basic, but have A/C and are perfectly OK (if you are not going to spend all day in them). Small Pool is a nice addition, for cooling down in the afternoon. Restaurant was good, with nice food and very friendly staff.... More

This little hotel is family run by the same family for about 100 years. The food was like a 5 star hotel and also the service. The room was average and OK standard. The beds were a little bit hard but OK. The pool was very small but nice. It was located in the middle of Montecantini terme.

When in Montecatini, do as the Italians do...stay at the Hotel Innocenti. The staff is friendly, helpful, and on duty most of the time. Englishn is sometimes basic but the goodwill is always there. It's on a sidestreet a short walk from Corso Roma, the main shopping area with restaurants, bakeries, gelaterias, many cloothing shops and a nearby launderette. The... More

The benefit of this hotel is its location as a base for visiting Pisa, Florence and Sienna. Although the accommodation is basic it is clean and functional. The breakfast is very good. The best thing about Hotel Innocenti is the staff who are very friendly and helpful.
