Stayed last week with Leger, food was good, wife is fussy eater but always something for her to eat, staff friendly and helpful. Ignore 'Goldilocks' reviews from people who expect the Ritz from a standard hotel. Staff were friendly and eager to please when approached first hand on any issues although we had none. Seeing the staff visibly upset after... More

My husband and I have just returned from a coach holiday staying at this hotel. I was very concerned before travelling as I have many dietary allergies, but pleasantly surprised as my needs were met every night. The food was enjoyable all but one night, but we have to remember that we were in Italy not England so served very... More

Leave this hotel well alone. I am staying there at the moment, on a coach tour, my first ever and am well travelled. I have never stayed in such a poor establishment! Our drivers have tried their hardest, our coach company has been in contact with the hotel-with little improvement. Food appears to be regularly recycled-for example last evening's potatoes... More

I am currently staying here with leger holidays, The hotel is awful. The rooms are gloomy, the air conditioning doesn't work. The food is the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel in the world. You cannot eat it. Breakfast is truly awful. No fruit avaliable bread is recycled. Evening meals are unpalatable. When you complain no one does... More

We use to receive many compliments from our customers. We sincerely regret even when if only one of our customers complaints. In order to make a fair evaluation criterion for the visitors who use “Trip Advisor” web site as a method to choose the structure, we would prefer to explain in detail how the story really went. Let's start from... More

We stayed in Montecatini for 4 nights, enjoyed the hotel and the staff. The style is vintage but in the best Tuscany tradition, as well as food. You can easily reach the worldwide-known Terme di Montecatini establishments on foot . We really enjoyed our stay at the Ariston. The staff even gave us a small gift on departure. We will... More

We stayed at Hotel Ariston for 5 nights and were really made feel at home by the outstanding staff at the front desk and restaurant. All our requests were handled in an extremely professional manner. We would like to also thank Ms. Sarah at the Front desk for her exquisite restaurant recommendations. Rooms were spotless and found parking arrangements to... More

We stayed in Montecatini for a long weekend, enjoyed the hotel and the staff. The style is vintage but in the best Tuscany tradition, as well as food. You can easily reach the worldwide-known Terme di Montecatini establishments on foot and have nice treatments (Spa, massages, facials etc.) all year round.Good value for the money!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ariston. Very central location. Nice hotel with good facilities and very clean. Staff were courteous and welcoming. The staff even gave us a small gift on departure. What a picturesque and tranquil town Montecatini is. The hotel is recommendable as is the town itself. We will definitely stay at the Ariston again.
