Situated just off the Main Street on a quiet side road this hotel was clean and comfortable with the two managers being friendly and exceptionally helpful. They advised on restaurants, attractions and even looked up train timetables for our trips to Florence and Lucca on the weekend schedule. The parking was under a ten minute walk away however the car... More

I return to this hotel as often as I can. This time it was with several members of my family and they agreed you could not find a better hotel. Luca and Giocomo are the nicest most helpful people you could meet. It makes such a difference when you can ask about anything and they will put themselves out to... More

Having read all positive reviews before our trip we were sure the hotel is superb. But... we were really disappointed. First of all the parking was inconvenient, we have to park the car far away from the hotel, and return by foot. It was not very convenient especially when it was raining. WiFi was not stable in the room. The... More

Have stayed at this hotel every year since my first visit in 2009. It is still the best hotel I have stayed in. The two brothers treat us like friends and put themselves out to help us with any journey we decide to do. We wanted to go to Cinque Terra and Lucca went to the trouble of looking up... More

We stayed for 5 nights in July. Having been to Pisa and Florence, we decided to go to montecatini and use it as a base for the rest of our holiday exploring the area. This worked out very well. The hotel was exceptionally good value - we booked a standard room which was simple and functional, and comfortable. The two... More

This is such a gorgeous little hotel. My sister and I are on a budget and we stayed here for a good price with breakfast included; the room itself is traditional and quaint and very comfortable with a good sized bathroom and cute balcony. I cant praise the staff highly enough - the two brothers were incredibly friendly and helpful... More

We stayed at the hotel in mid-June. Delighted with the place that has retained its historic idemtitet, but at the same time following the modern trends of life acceptable for all ages. What to say about the hotel ... Preserved the charm of solid Antiquities, said was built in the nineteenth century, would never have guessed, but has been renovated... More

Ivor and Margaret This was our first visit to Montecatini and the Hotel Savoia and Campana and we were overwhelmed with both the town and the hotel. We could not praise enough the warm and welcoming atmosphere and the attention given by the two brothers and their family.Nothing was too much trouble helping us with train and bus times etc... I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last 4 years and keep going in back because of the wonderful service and attention given by the two brothers who cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. It is worth arranging to have dinner in the hotel as the Mother is a great cook and will provide dinner... More

This is a family run hotel and the family are wonderful people. The hotel itself is spotless, the bedrooms are first class and overall the facilities are exactly what we had been led to expect. What gives the hotel a wow factor is the courtesy, friendliness, and personal warmth of the owners. I don't normally write these reviews, but was... More
