We stayed at the hotel for a mountains bike race. We were impressed by the great quality and value offered by this hotel. Very accommodating as well as we needed to stay until 2pm for showers after the ace. Highly recommended.

I took a group to Tuscany in October and decided to switch hotels. I selected the Hotel Puccini. Our group pretty much took over the entire hotel. All I can see is this hotel is a "Real Gem" and so are the people who own it!! All owners should be like "Pasquale" and "Patrizia". Warm, caring, and accommodating! Our group... More

Was a very quaint, lovely appointed hotel with an engaging, helpful staff in a beautiful spot in Italy! Was a smaller hotel, therefore able to provide personal service and all staff were interested in how your visit was going. One was easibly able to enjoy the outdoors while sitting covered directly outside sipping drinks, relaxing and watching the world go... More

Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Nice room, great bathroom. Quiet with lots of restaurants around in easy walking distance. Perfect housekeepers, this is a real gem. Family owned and operated, it felt like a home away from home. Thanks Elena, Steffie, Patrizia, Marco and dining staff. There were six of us, and they called us by name from the first... More

Kindly and cultural staff, excellent and accurate appearance, styled and unostentatious musical environment. Delicious high class cuisine. Enough close to the thermal springs and historical places. Admirations!

The location of the hotel was convenient. My room was clean and everything worked nicely. Air conditioner was very noisy. The hotel was working on a tight budget as the manageress kept a tight control on expenses. For instance, towels needed changing but she refused to change them stating that they are only changed them every two days. The food... More
