Stayed at the Bellavista in October 2009 as part of a NIAF Tour Group of 30. The main hotel and dining room might be a higher rating but our accommodations were 3 star or less. my family was also part of a niaf group tour. We arrived to find the 3 of us in 1 larger room. My daughter paid a full single price for her own room....It took at least 5 days to get the Front desk ? manager Samantha to send an e-mail to Niaf....and we asked her to do that from beginning.... more

As part of a NIAF tour my wife and I stayed here mid Sept 2009. We were lucky to get one of the refurbished rooms with two bathrooms, great a/c, nice bed and a terrace. Most of the tour were in dirty rooms with poor a/c. But real issue was the staff did not know what the meaning of politeness... more
