Stayed here in July for seven nights. Fantastic staff throughout the hotel who all offered great service. Very comfortable rooms and very nice bar and restaurant. Extremely comfortable lounge area and television lounge. Loved the food at breakfast time and four course dinners in the evening! Good outside swimming pool and sun lounge area, some of which is under a... More

We were very impressed with Hotel Francia e Quirinale. While the room and the bathroom were small, they were stylish with tall ceilings, pretty architectural details, Juliette balcony and crisp white linens. The internet on the other hand, was so slow it was pretty much useless and that can be a problem if you come for business. The problem started... More

Stayed in this hotel as part of an Ingams tour group. Were fortunate in being given an executive suite on the 5th. Floor. 7days in this luxury suite was wonderful with 2 balconies etc.etc. The dining room was well appointed and the service together with the quality of food matched it. Lounge areas were beautifully decorated and furnished in keeping... More

Stayed in this family-run hotel with a tour group for a week while exploring Tuscany. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The staff in particular Roberto (bar), Andrea and Fabio, were very attentive, all spoke good English and were very appreciative of British tourists who, they say, acknowledge that the staff are there to... I found this hotel to be delightful to stay in. We were part of a tour group, and though some reported their rooms to be only average, we stayed in a magnificent room with balcony, splendid bathroom with walk-in marble shower, and beautiful furniture. Indeed we wondered if we had been given an upgrade room though we hadn't requested this.... More

We went up to our room and there were 2 single beds, no carpet on the floor and a rather small bathroom. There was nothing available to make a hot drink... More

Arrived after 11pm a light meal was served and all staff were helpful for all of our 5 day stay Our room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was small and in need of refurbishment, disappointing for the standard of hotel. Coffee making facility would have been appreciated

My wife and I booked this hotel through a rubbish UK travel agent, and it is very nice. Roberto (bar), Andrea and Fabio were in particular very helpful to us and helped organise a couple of trips for us. We were for most of our stay the youngest couple in the hotel but we met some great people while we... More
