I travelled to Grand Hotel Vittoria with as part of a travel group. The hotel is indeed very pleasant even if the rooms are a little dated. Most of the staff could do with customer service training, in particular the reception staff who are the rudest I have ever encountered. The bar staff were pleasant. Speaking of which, the hotel... more

we had 5 nights at this Hotel with Titan HiTours, and it was 5 excellent nights The Hotel had a nice swimming pool, The Bedrooms were large and very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were continental but plenty to choose from, and lovely coffee served from a machine which makes a nice change. Staff were pleasant and very helpful, safe deposit... more

We stayed 6 nights as part of an organised tour of Tuscany. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the town centre up a slight hill so the rooms at the front have a good view over the town to distant hills. The waiting staff and barmaid (Luncia?) were all excellent and the food was better than we expected. There... more

This beautiful well located Hotel was well organised and run. Our room 328 had the most sensational view of the town below and mountains in the distance. The rooms are a little tired but this adds to the Italian charm, the sheets and towels were spotless. The food was well presented and plentiful, although the continental breakfast was a little... more

We visited the Hotel Vittoria for our honeymoon and I was a bit anxious having read some the the terrible reviews on here but I needent have worried. The hotel is situated in a quiet area and only 5 minutes walk from the town centre with it's many amazing shops and restaurants. The hotel itself looks very impressive from the... more

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in the last week in September as part of an organised tour of Venice, Tuscany and Elba. My main criticism was the bedroom we were allocated on the 4th floor which was an attic room with a tiny window measuring approx 3 ft 6 ins wide by 1 ft... more

We to had the same problem that ours rooms had been double booked and the staff and rep did nothing to help. At every oppertunity to lie or aggravate the situation they did. The Imperial Garden hotel was discusting. if feel frustrated even writting this as the Tuscany experance was totally spoilt by a hotel and rep that did not... more

On arrival at the hotel above, we were told that our rooms were not available, due to a problem with plumbing. We were offered rooms in the hotel across the road, which, in our opinion and others, was not as comfortable as the rooms in the Grand Hotel Vittoria. It did not appear to be a four-star hotel with lobbies... more
