We to had the same problem that ours rooms had been double booked and the staff and rep did nothing to help. At every oppertunity to lie or aggravate the situation they did. On arrival at the hotel above, we were told that our rooms were not available, due to a problem with plumbing. We were offered rooms in the hotel across the road, which, in our opinion and others, was not as comfortable as the rooms in the Grand Hotel Vittoria.
