My husband and I stayed here for two nights while on a Globus tour. This is an older hotel in the quaint town of Montecatini Terme. One would expect to go around the corner and see a movie star or two! The grounds and pool area are lovely. There are many sitting areas reminiscent of the past. The desk clerks... More

My wife and I stayed 2 nights in June 2014. This was our second stop on our Globus tour. We were in the building across from the main reception area. The room we had was bright with a decent view. The bathroom area was a bit small which seems to be common for Italy. We didn't interact much with the... More

Stayed as part of a group for seven nights, location good, close to spa, park and shops. Rooms small, comfortable but walls paper thin! Food just ok, staff pleasant and helpful. Get a room with a balcony if possible

We stayed for two nights. The hotel is nicely located and our room had a beautiful view. We found the staff a bit rude when asking questions. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors very well. We were with a tour group and dinner one night was poor to say the least. Towels in the bathroom... More

We stayed for 2 nights and discovered that rooms can vary, as some are larger than others, and may have an impact on what your bathroom is like. Fortunately, we had a larger bathroom and our room had shutters that opened up onto a balcony that overlooked the street. Our bath had a shower/tub combo that had one glass panel.... More

This hotel, where I stayed for two nights and days, gives a somewhat imperial impression, with its grand entrance. But after a short while you encounter reality, if not at least when enter your room and find quite poor conditions in almost every sence of the word; the most simple kind of bed, a very narrow bathroom, surprisingly thin walls,... We stayed only 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very professional and courteous. The location is great, right next to a park. There is a nearby street market in the evenings. Also downtown is a short pleasant walk where you will find wonderful shops and cafes. We were... More

I enjoyed staying at this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again if there were no other lodging options available. I can only give it a 3 out of 5 rating. The piazza outside the main building is quite nice and there is a gelateria on one side that was excellent. There is a café on the other... More

A cosy hotel, but needs improvements, free wi-fi in lobby only. My room was small with no balcony and was on the corner of the building which was noisy. The bathroom was pathetically small and not much space. The safe box was not even secured to anything just lying on the tabletop. Breakfast was cold buffet and very disappointing and... More
