Early 20th century comfort with the most amazing breakfast ever for a very reasonable price! We upgraded the room, which was definitely worth it. The receptionists were very helpful. Only problem was parking, but we were told that it was unusually busy in the town that weekend.

Dear Martine, in this season we have really promotional price to invite guest to try our hotel but the quality is the same of all over the year. About the parking you are right, in this season 100% of the guest find place in front of the hotel, but obviously if there are some big events can happen some small... More

Everything in the hotel was very good – the rooms, the restaurant and the lobby. The hotel' employees are professional and friendly. The rooms were exactly the same that we requested in advance. When I read the visitor’ reviews before the trip I was surprised emotional and nonstandard replays of the hotel’s General Manager. We can see later that he... More

Dear Anna, I remember that we met in the 4th floor lobby, nearby the elevator. You are right, I spend mostly of my time to care about guest's experience in our Hotel. Every guest needs is different from the others, are unique. My job, and the job of my staff, is understand these needs and satisfy also before the guest... More

We stayed here whilst travelling about Italy and picked it for the location originally. Upon arrival we were delighted. The hotel was beautiful and our interconnecting room was far more than we had expected for the price. Breakfast was 10/10. The town again is beautiful we wished we had time to stay for longer

We spent 5 nights at this hotel in June 15. We booked a superior room in advance and correspondence with the hotel was pleasant and efficient. On arrival we were somewhat disappointed by the lack of character. It seemed that the building had been altered and modernised over the years and presented as somewhat bland. Our room was large and... More

Dear Guest, I'm sorry that your experience in pur Hotel didn't satisfy your expectation. First of all I ensure you, and all the reader of Tripadvisor that the building is really as at the origin. During a recent tour of Tuscany, we stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel has some of the aspects of place of a bygone era. The room keys are actual keys on a heavy brass ring that reminds you to leave it at the front desk rather than have a weight in your pocket. The rooms themselves as well has... More

Dear Traveller, I'm sorry that your journey in our Hotel didn't satisfy your expectation, and in the wrong expectation I think was the problem. In your notes we find several aspects that, for a 4 star hotel in Montecatini Terme, a small spa town in Tuscany are very usual and not "scandalous", we are not in a metropolis It's usual... More

In the center of Montecantini we had the pleasure of spending a week in this very nice and cozy, and rather small family owned hotel. All staff including the elderly family head and her son were very attentive, service minded and friendly. Our room was very OK, not least taken the very fair price into consideration. Breakfast was included, and... More

Really nice hotel, great buffet breakfast, central, close to everything. Sizeable rooms compared to the rest of Italy. Very friendly staff, really went out of their way to help. Thoroughly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay in your hotel, especially our two dinners we had in your restaurant La pecora nera. The service and food were first class. The best dining experience we ever had in Italy.Your reception staff were also great, with advise and help. A credit to you. We hope to return some day in the future.
