We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. We would recommend it to any of our friends looking to spend time in Tuscany. The lobby and dining areas were beautifully decorated, and the small bar was a nice gathering spot after a day of touring. The staff was accommodating of our tour group. The location, close to shops and the... More

I would give this lovely grand hotel a 5 star rating! The service, dining, and politeness of the staff are hard to beat. The breakfasts in the mornings are luscious, with coffee made to ease, crosstie t's, eggs, cheese, meats, yogurt, cereal, and fruit. Assorted pastries. The dinners are served in a grand Dining room. I was lucky to have... More

Stayed at the Hotel Ercolini & Savi at the end of May for One week. This hotel is a good base for traveling around the area, if you base driving time on about 2 hrs max. If you are visiting Sienna, Lucca.Pisa or the chianti region. The hotel has a good reception area, and. The staff were very helpful. The... More

The staff are very helpful everything was fine except the food which was lukewarm & was served on cold plates we had to ask for it to be reheated, also it was not the best Italian type food I have been served in Italy maybe it was because we were on a coach tour !!

Spent six days and nights here as part of a collette tour. Staff was perfect in every way. This is not your American style hotel but the place was swell and clean, tidy and well run! Ac and heat was not on due to October being shoulder season in italy but that's ok as the windows are huge and open.... More

The desk staff were absolutely superb!! Friendly and very helpful in all ways. They are to be commended. The outdoor terrace is very pleasant. Also, it is not far to the Funicolare . This tram car lifts you to an absolutely charming medieval city with cute shops, excellent restaurants, and well-preserved/restored medieval structures. Word of advice, watch out for pick-pockets... Our room was clean and a large. It was on the first floor, larger than most but a bit noisy as the hotel had a terrace for drinks etc just below. The meals were faultless and the restaurant staff very helpful and exceptionally friendly. Great location, even Florence was only seven train stations away.

Beautiful hotel! Loved it. 27 of us stayed as well as other bus loads from other countries and other travellers. Quiet hotel. Beautifully decorated and clean. Wonderful food with a choice and good sized portions. Breakfast was good with cereals, fruit, rolls, bread, cheese and cold meat and jams. Also puddings and tarts etc. Very good. Friendly staff and very... More
