We stayed in this hotel for almost 3 weeks with our little baby. And we were impressed by the service provided here. Reception people were always friendly, smiling, helpful, efficient. My camera club of 35 people were recent guests at this hotel. We stayed for a week there. The hotel was wonderful. Food was delicious and the staff was extraordinary. Give this hotel serious consideration if you are heading to Montecatini, Italy.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Columbia in October, 2011 for 7 days in room 209. This is an outdated room with poor decor, bedspread had cigarette holes and stains. very friendly people, very rich breakfast, dinner was very tasty. The massage was blissful, sauna and zeesout the cave did you good despite the heat outside. It was a very pleasant holiday. the Internet was poor but they have said they went to do something. Yours sincerely nice Sabina & Paul

Great location, ideal centre for visiting Florence, Pisa, Sienna etc. Spa under Funicular is worth a visit - beautiful surroundings. Would choose to go later in year, very hot and humid in July.

The hotel was very nice and had a good location in the mainstreet. There was a very nice restaurant on the fifth floor with a grat view. breakfast and dinner were excellent with different things to choice.
