This cheerful hotel was a real treat. The hotel is located in a well manicured residential neighborhood. The rooms were huge as was the bathroom. The overall appearance of the hotel was spotless. The staff was cordial and urbane. The breakfast was well presented and one was not lacking in choices of delicious food. The only negative is that there is no hotel... More

The hotel is excellent located: nearby the center of town. Parking in front of the hotel for 3€/day. The outside pool and the whirlpool are OK. Rooms are very rudimentary: walls and ceiling are painted white; furniture is very basic. The beds and the bathroom are OK. The air-conditioning was probably the best bit of the room. Most fitness tools... More

There is a free car park round the corner, the hotel has a reasonable pool and terrace. The restaurant is pretty good. This was our second stay at this hotel, and it did not disappoint. The rooms are cool and comfortable. The two people who share reception duties are delightful and you are assured a warm welcome. The breakfasts are... More

This is not only one of the best 3 Star hotels but one of the best Best Western 3 Star hotels we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot. From first checking in to last checking out, the staff have been so friendly and helpful and nothing has been too much trouble for any of them.... More

Stayed at this hotel in June. The reception staff are very friendly and as the temperature soared to 37 degrees C each day the air conditioning in the room was very much appreciated. Be careful when showering as the glass wall of the shower is about 1 cm from the bathroom floor and I managed to flood the bathroom and... More

Best Western Cappelli is located in Montecatini Terme, a spa town in Tuscany, near Pisa. This town boasts dozens hotels and perhaps this declares the reasonable prices. It also seems that the heydays of Montecatini Terme are somewhat over. I have noticed the relatively high age of most guests, and by extension, of the people on the streets. The hotel... More

Mid-September stay here for two nights while driving around Tuscany. We took the train from here for one day trip to Florence. Train station about 15 minute walk from hotel. Breakfast was included in our rate (178 Euros for two nights), but don't expect much as it included only the basics and wait staff were not welcoming. The restaurant in... More

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night only at the beginning of September 2010. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the street. Room size was ok. Overall room decor looked ok but was a bit grubby. Good things: On arrival check in staff were friendly and quite helpful. Easy to park on street right outside the hotel... More

We spent 4 nights at the Cappelli in April 2006 as part of a bus tour of Italy. The public rooms were elegant and the bedrooms were spacious. However the bedrooms did not have coffee making facilities, a safe or a working fridge/minibar. Wet towels were simply hung back on the rails rather than replaced. There was a very attractive... My wife and I enjoyed 4 nights at this delightful establishment. Our room was large by European standards, with 10-12 foot ceilings, separate bathroom and a/c. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The food was very good and all this at a rate of approximately 60 Euros per person per day (3 meals). I would return in a heartbeat... More
