Our group of 54 school children and leaders stayed at Hotel Impero in March this year. We were an orchestral group aged between 11 and 19. All were maid very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The manageress spoke excellent english and was only too willing to ensure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. All the rooms were clean... More

We stayed in this hotel for 1 week. The room was sparsely furnished, small but clean and a ceiling fan but no air conditioning. But we did have a tiny balcony overlooking the square. The breakfast consisted of 1 croissant per person, small plate of ham and cheese slices, watery juice and lukewarm coffee from a machine. The evening meal... More

This has been owned for since the 70's by the same lady apparently and it's decor remains there. That wouldnt be so bad if it had been clean but it was grubby and shoddy too. I stayed there for one night with a coach party and everyone had a story to tell from, shower not working to dodgy lights. The only place... More

Stayed here for a week as part of a package Tour. The Hotel would be fine for overnight but not great for longer stay. Imagine our surprise when we looked under the mattress and found that this is where the "Old Wardrobe Doors" are kept.(see photo)

Spent a week here as part of a tour of Tuscany. This is the 4th time I have been in this area staying at different hotels. The hotel is in a good location close to the train and bus station (a couple of minutes walk away) and access to the motorway. It is also only a five minute walk to... More

Requested a original "Fiorentina" 500 gr., surcharge of 10 euro, but fantastic meet and Chianti wine. Room was large with tv and air conditionning. Wi.Fi free in the lobby. Staying 1 weeck can have for free... More

This is a small family run hotel in a good location for the town and railway station. Our stay was seven nights but the majority of the people were in transit through Tuscany/ Italy staying only one night (B&B). This made for noisy early morning and late night foot traffic. Our room was small with ensuite shower room ( small)... More

Hotel basic but clean. Food was terrible and limited choice. Thought there was a sauna and solarium but there was not.
