Firstly, the owners are lovely, although pretty much no English is spoken! Unfortunately over all an average hotel. Very uncomfortable beds, on a positive note the rooms are pretty large for Europe. The restaurant was also very average, the Tuscan feast was a bit of a let down.

This trip was a little disappointing as our room was in the annex across the road and sadly not very clean, fridge not working and air conditioning not working properly.. However, it was my birthday and they produced a lovely cake at dinner which was very kind. The lady who greeted us was absolutely lovely although it was fortunate that... More

A great family run hotel with good, clean amenities. The staff were brilliant in all aspects. the hotel has two sites across from each other in the same street but this is no great inconvenience. We ate breakfast and evening meals here and the food was more than adequate. We paid extra for wine but the price was very reasonable.... More

The Hotel is centrally located but the bilding and the rooms are neglected ,dirty and the furnishings are in poor conditions . We found the ceiling lights of the room burned or hanging and bunk bed for children absolutely uncomfortable .The three stars for this Hotel are absolutely unjustified .

This hotel and rooms are small but very comfortable. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The street outside is silent. The area is safe and you can find spa hotels around. There are quite nice pastry shops around and you can taste the most delicious chestnut (as desert)

We were a party of 68 music students and staff. Positives - Sarah the receptionist was amazing. Translated for us all week with her excellent English. The Hotel lobby has a grand piano which was perfect for evening sing alongs with the very friendly Felipo the barman, who made you feel welcome to burn the candle into the early hours.... More
