We stayed in this "hotel" during our visit to Tuscany and i want to forget that i even saw something so ruined, unprofessional, with food from 1942.g. There's no reception at all, just a table with old lady. There's no professional bartenders, just a couple of kids serving dinner. In one word, just don't visit this place, go somwhere else

We were visiting Tuscany for the NY with the agency. When arriving at the hotel we were not satisfied. The entire furniture was very rustic, but it has its own charm. However, rooms were terrible. We were situated in the 3rd floor what caused very week water pressure. Bed was very uncomfortable, old TV, small windows and similar. The wi-fi... More

I will just say that the hotel wasn't clean at all. When me and my boyfriend arrived, we found a bandage that was attached to the wall near the hairdryer. It was the most disgusting thing we have ever seen. We stayed there for three nights and although the cleaning lady was in our room every day, she didn't notice... More

My girlfriend and I stayed there for 3 days and been in Montecatini Therme for NYE celebration. We traveled with agency and obviously didn't do the research about the accomodation. Let's start from the beggining... When we first came in the room we thought it was a prank. Metal old school beds (literally), uncomfortable, burned sheets with cigarettes (I guess),... More

We arrived in this hotel very tired and quite late in the evening. Since it was already paid for and we intended to stay for one night only, we did not leave, although my husband had a really strong notion to book a room in a nearby 4* hotel with a pool and beautifully furnished rooms. Rooms in this hotel... More

So I came to this place on a school trip, and we didn't expect a palace, but this place was a dump. The beds creak, most things are broken, including lights, cupboards etc. The walls also have cracks in them, but the hotel, instead of doing something about it, just put a cheap picture over it. The food is horrible.... More

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room we stayed in was for 4 people, very clean, spacious. The hotel is very well located . The room's decor is a bit old but all well kept and clean. Wifi worked very well. Sig.ra Rita at the front desk is lovely, she helped us a lot providing great info and recommendations.... More

Me and my 74 yr old mum, were so looking forward to this holiday, what a shock when we got to the hotel. It was a DUMP, rooms like ovens, meals not edible, showers not useable, carpets filthy, walls filthy, even the dingles have better hygiene than this hotel. Tiny lifts, hold maximum 3 slim people, cockroaches running over dining... More

A sub standard hotel not fit to stay in. It is a health and safety accident waiting to happen with exposed electric wiring and handrails hanging off the wall. I placed my ( not heavy ) backpack on the horrible chair in our horrible room and the whole chair collapsed. There was a big hole in the wardbrobe floor the... More

Everything about this "hotel", apart from the reception area, was absolutely dire. Arriving after a long coach journey with 32 other travellers we were confronted with a lift that could only hold 3 people so getting to your room takes some time unless you are prepared to carry your luggage up the unlit staircase. Upon entering your room you are... More
