We are very well traveled couple., But we never have come across such rude, arrogant unprofessional staff and management..It is not a 4 star hotel. Double room was very small did not I look too tidy. No safe in the room, internet was broken during our stay. Ruined Venice for us. more

Hotel near the train station (15 minutes to Venice, super!), staff wonderful (excellent hospitality, impeccable service, professional), large room, clean and newly painted. We booked through lastminutetravel.com, and the hotel did not live up to our expectations. We were expecting a restaurant, safe in the room, train tickets for sale, and internet.
