Class Hotel ...... warm, professional, beauty room, perfect location to stay for work. I never have been here for holiday (sigh!) but for business several times. Here you can feel Sicily ...ask for a front see room.... you will see two way of live ... the morning fishers and the oil and gas refinery.

the only positive thing of this hotel is the position and the location. the superior room is not so superior, too dark and the shower in the bathroom was really old with rust, the spa is too small, too dark and you can t see anything when you go inside the emotional shower.I asked several thing to the receptionists and it was like... I've stayed twice in this hotel for one-night business trips only (both in spring, so not peak season), and found it pretty good. Rooms are modern, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Decor is rather over-the-top, but at least has some character - it could never be described as bland! Breakfast is a little limited by international standards, but typical Italian... More

We spent a great long weekend at this wonderful place on the water at Milazzo. It was the best place we stayed at in Sicily over several trips over the last four years. The rooms were beautiful; extremely well maintained, fantastic furniture and furnishings, a short walk to everything of interest. Antonio behind the desk was very helpful. We highly... More

We stayed here in Oct 2011. Pros: The hotel and room was nice. The room itself was large and spacious. The breakfast was good. Cons: The WIFI kept breaking - every 5 or 10 minutes it would disconnect and you had to reconnect - it got very frustrating after an hour or so. The service is brutal - if you... More

We booked here for 2 nights as a direct result of trip advisor’s #1 rating & reviews. It was by far the most expensive of the three 4* hotels we stayed at during our week in Sicily. On arrival no one offered to assist us with our luggage & our suite was hot & stuffy – no one had thought... More

Very good and clean. Room was confortable and furniture stylish, above standard. Personnel was friendly and I had a pleasant stay. Only wired internet in the room, free of charge. The hotel has no restaurant, but it is near the city centre and at a walking distance from several restaurants. Good value for money.

The decorations and furniture are almost over the top, but, very Versace and fun. Our room towards the back was not very large, but everything worked well and it was quiet. It was absolutely clean and had all one would need. We had to go downstairs to get connected to the WI-FI for some reason, but could take the computer... More
