This was the second of our two hotels in Italy (through Citrus Holidays) and we were really pleased with the accommodation. It was less than ten minutes walk from the station, even with bags to slow us down. The room was clean and big enough for two, and the wifi was speedy. Breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were... More

Not the best night stay ever... The hotel is just around the corner from Ve Mestre, which makes it a great place to stay to visit Venice. The outside of the hotel is promising a decent hotel, in fact it is decent. Nothing here is good. Except for the staff, very helpful and welcoming. Room was decent, not good. The... More

Pros: clean secure well situated Cons: really tired and worn, outdated decor and furniture. The air conditioning failed, EXPLOSIVE verbally abusive owner and manager. The man would not calm down, attempted to physically manhandle us out of the room. This is the reason: my husband had booked the room but my daughter and I were only with him for a... More

Dear lady, you're telling a story. Maybe 'cause when you entered, she and the other lady at the hotel, you do not want to show your papers and you go up to our room with a guest who had booked a single room, not being available, and the' was given a double room. So taking advantage of the situation, obviously... More

Great location. Good friendly staff. The Bath is really tiny. I am 150 pounds and I could barely fit in it without getting scratched. They do offer a 10 Euro a day parking which is very reasonable and convinient. They do charge for breakfats which is also reasonable.

We were here for work, arriving very late on the train. It took us a few minutes to walk to the hotel--having been refused a taxi--but while we were searching for the right street to walk down, the same taxi driver who didn't want to drive us such a short distance, drove by with another fare and honked saying "one... Stayed here couple of nights. This is my second stay in this hotel. I loved it. It was cosy and comfortable. The neighbourhood is not the greatest as there are prostitutes plying their trade near the hotel. However, once inside it's very comfortable. There are no English channels on the TV either. There's free WI FI. All in all a... More

we were staying at the sister hotel that is jointly owned, and were recommended to try this bar for drinks ad snack in the evening. The bar manager was called Jonnie, he was so helpful, in recommending places to visit, and was very friendly, and always extend a warm welcome. The bar area is bright and clean with white leather... Mr. Lorenzo was very nice,he allowed me much earlier check-in, and was helpfull. The staff is dedicated to the guests, and they especially take care of cleanliness!! Train station is only 200m from hotel, and to Venice it is only 10min.(Ticket for one way is 1,20 EUR) The elevator is a bit slow

A simple, small hotel which was very cost effective during busy season. Shared a double room with a friend for only 70 EU in the month of July. The rooms were clean and we had a good night's sleep . The best part, just a short walk to the train station where you can easily access a short 5 minute... More

The hotel is located close to the train station so serves as a quick access point to Venice Santa Lucia. The rooms were small but clean. Wifi speed was good. Buffet breakfast was fine. Did not face any issues with noise during the night. They did have a wierd rule of no eating/drinking in the room which was the first... More
