The walk from the train station to the hotel is perhaps the most alarming. If you are walking from the train station chances are you will walk past the little park which at night is filled with many sketchy people. Once you make it past the park, you soon realise the hotel itself is not that bad. Upon arrival we... More

Checked in late a night - the location of the hotel is very sketchy. Although it is close to the train station, you have to walk past homeless and 'professionals' hanging out in the grass just off the street. We definitely did not feel safe. Our room was supposed to have air conditioning and we really needed it that night!... More

Have been here on 17-21.10.2014. No problems about booking - fast check-in, nice receptionists. Great service. Plain, but tasty breakfasts, clean rooms, cute 'verandas'. The hotel is close to the railway and bus station, easy to find. Be careful: there was no night receptionist at that time, so if you pay for your room at last day, do it in... More

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was a nice size and updated. 5 minute walk to the train station. 12 minute ride to the island. We wish we had booked a room on the island bc of convenience but this hotel was great for the price and very quiet at night.

First of all, I have to say, the hotel was ok, located a 10 minute walk from Mestre bus station and initially, clean enough. However, when we went to hang up our clothes in the wardrobe we noticed a strangely disgusting smell... There was a pair of fouled boxer pants in the wardrobe!! Safe to say we swiftly asked to... Well, for a start i must say that this review is based on my personal opinnion and compared to price of cost with what you get in this hotel. It is a 3 stars hotel that we did not book but that had a free room for me and fiance on our trip to Venice. It is less then 300m... More

I was traveling alone and arrived at Mestre around midnight. I contacted the hotel hours ahead of time to let them know of my estimated arrival. I got a prompt reply and someone was waiting. Checking in was smooth, and their English was great. Room seemed cramped with a queen bed in a small space, but the room was very... More

firstly the hotel itself is fine. it is close to mestre train station, receptionist was friendly and helpful on arrival. however myself and my partner were eaten alive in bed by something. the surrounding area is not the best, the park area in front of the hotel contained gangs of winos drinking day and night and this appeared to be... Meeted by a maid when we wanted to check in after having to wait about 5 minutes for a reply from constant ringing of the bell. The wifi signal here is shocking, where it is supposedly available in the rooms. That is debatable. The rooms are fair for the price though, and the reception area is very modern. Rooms were... Please don't look at this review as a grumpy American. Because this goes so much farther than that. Upon arrival, the minimal English speaking staff was a little tough, but I dealt with it. We checked in to a room that, in all honesty, was about what I expected for the price I paid. Rock hard mattress, very small, but... More
