Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location just outside of Venice. Bus less than a block away and the parking down the street was safe reasonable. Family rooms were very comfortable. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby too.

Clean, comfortable rooms, everyday cleaning, good breakfast, exellent location 5 minutes to bus station to Venice. We spend tree exellent days in this hotel after all days in Venice come back in our quite and comfortabale place in short cut distance.

I stayed in Hotel Regit (via Cappuccina, Venice Mestre) and the experience was average. Though located close to the Mestre railway station, the location was not convenient and lot of public works were going on in that area with noise.
