We had choose to stay in this hotel in April for 5 night for visiting Venice. The hotel was spotlessly clean and facilities were kept to a very high standard - everything is brand new. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you'd expect for more then 3* hotel and free WI-Fi. We had a double... More

The position of the hotel is not properly a picruresque one, as it is placed at the borders of the industrial estate and very close to the railway; nevertheless, the vicinity to the railway station of Mestre makes it a valid (as well as not particularly expensive) foothold to visit Venice. Moreover, despite its position, the facility is calm and... More

We visited Venice last August 2014 and stayed at the Alveri. It's a new Hotel, very clean and the staff just wonderful: Friendly and very helpful. The Breakfast was plentiful and the choices you have great. You do not leave hungry from this place. They advised us to take the day passes for the Bus/Train/Boat. It took us about 20... More

The hotel is next to the train lines, very noisy. Fortunately, they have a very good sound proof system. There is only one bus coming this area every 20-30 minutes, if you miss it.... Good food, nice people, good rooms.

The Alveri hotel is located about 15 minutes outside of Venice, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. From the airport take the bus to Mestre Bus Station, from there take bus # 31 and stop in front of hotel, about 1 mile. To go to Venice take bus 31 to bus station and change to bus... More

Maybe a little far out for some people to get to Venice, but was on a bus route no 32 to Mestre Station, you could then get the no 2 bus to Piazza La Roma which is the bus station for Venice. Good breakfast and very nice appointed modern bed rooms as was the public areas of the hotel. Free... More

We arrived to the hotel on Sunday afternoon. Since it was on sunday, there was no bus going to the Mestre station. We only had to pay 1 euro per person to the hotel. Hotel took us to the Mestre station and they picked us up as long as it was before 11 pm. WIFI worked great. Good thing about... More

First of all, I'm not that type of man who complains for everything, and I don't like to write anything worng about anybody, but I cannot hold this to myself. Overall the hotel is in nice place, the staff is really friendly, EXCEPT the owner, who is an uneducated j3rk. Sorry for that. So, when we made our reservation, we... More

A new hotel, very clean, comfortable rooms, excellent ac, very hot showers. Quite a reasonable breakfast is included with the room; cold cuts, fruit, pastries, etc., and a machine that puts out very good coffee and hot chocolate, although it takes 4 pushes of the button to fill a coffee cup. A bus takes you to the Station where you... More

Better to have a hotel outside Venice because in Venice it is too crowded (and expensive !). This hotel is ideal for a trip to Venice. There is a bus stopping in front of the hotel during weekdays and saturdays (each 20 min). On sundays the hotel provides a shuttle service to the station, until 11 pm. The ideal way... More
