We stayed in this hotel to visit Venice and everything was OK, better than expected, helpfull staff, clean rooms, bus stop to visit Venice and to go to the airport just round the corner. The only thing they could improve is the breakfast

We stayed here as part of our TopDeck tour. Our room was spacious, neat and clean with a large bathroom. The front desk staff were rude when we asked for anything eg. clothes iron, how to use the in room safe (we later found out you need a key from the front desk after making payment). No free wifi -... Firstly, this hotel is a classic Italian city hotel. There are thousands the exact same around Italy. It was dated but clean. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. It is located really close to the centre of Mestre (500m) and a 10-15min walk from the train station. In these respects it was an ideal hotel. What... More

I booked this horrible hotel for two nights, i chose this hotel because of it´s location. I made check in at 23:30, the staff was very awful, then i took my keys and went to my dream room in the first floor, and I SHOCKED, it was horrible room with dirty beds sheets, smelled bad, dirty bathroom and as all... The hotel was very close to Venice, which is what we were there for, but the staff was so rude (both the day and the night staff ... staff had her child with her at night .. we were an inconvenience). The room was super tiny (4 people, could barely fit). We asked for directions to Venice (we had a... More

Stayed here on 12th July for 3 nights. Great hotel for the price, paid £135 each for hotel and flights. After reading reviews we all felt worried about staying here but the rooms were clean, fresh towels and friendly staff. Breakfast was okay, coffee, tea and juice on offer. Most of the breakfast items are cake items but was ok... More

Great location to explore Mestre and that's about it. Rooms were very dirty. Bathroom worse than out dated - moldy and we decided to wear shoes in the shower. Breakfast was the worst we've ever had in all of our travels. It was oily and old cakes and soggy white bread rolls. Room was the size of a double and... More

Very dissapointed, from the first moment coming inside they informed that they charge for the use of WiFi. The breakfast buffet is special story. Compared with other same grade hotels, this hotel served the poorest breakfast I have ever experienced. Never to visit it again.

Before staying at Hotel Centrale we had read some of the bad reviews on here and were not sure what we were getting ourselves into however once arrived at the hotel it was hard to see what people were actually complaining about. The room we stayed in was a good size and very clean, breakfast was the same every day... More
