We were very thankful to hotel staff when they coud give us a room at once, without pre-booking (we were forced to leave another hotel because of allergy). Our best compliments for fine hotel, fine service, very good comfortable rooms and opportunity to quiet rest after visiting Venice.

The picture of the gardens and the closeness to Venice drew us to this hotel - especially the advertised free bikes available, which gave us an impression of accessability to biking routes into Venice.
