Arriving late in the evening ( in the dark) we were surprised about Villa Sparta. What a nice B &B. We stayed for one night . That was to short for visiting Marsala. Daniele was very helpful and Giacomo served a very good breakfast the next morning. Because i have visited Google earth before it was not difficult to find... More

Marsala is a really quaint town with many wine bars. Villa Sparta is a bit outside the city center but easy to find if you have GPS (make sure to enter only the second part of the street, drop the 'via trieste') The room we had was totally romantic (the first one) and had an great view over Marsala and... We stayed at Villa Sparta for one night and would thoroughly recommend it. Giacomo and Daniele couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. We got a bit lost finding the Villa and Daniele came and met us on the road to guide us to the right place. They also recommended a very good restaurant and even booked a table for us.... More

Together with a colleague I stayed only one night in this lovely B&B. Both the rooms were amazing and the view overlooking the western part of Sicily was stunning. The kindness and hospitality shown by Giacomo and the others was unforgettable. It was a bit difficult to find, so he drove to a junction and met us there. Then he... More

I had never stayed at a B&B before as I had a pre-conceived notion that hosted accommodation would bring with it an obligation to have uncomfortable conversations with other guests. This experience has completely converted me into a B&B afficiondo. Giulio and Manuela were both lovely and unobtrusive hosts. Helpful and caring, both leading up to our stay (in terms... More

Giulio was a wonderful host during our 4 night stay at Villa Sparta. Manuela greeted us with a huge smile and showed us our rooms. The rooms are simple but just what we wanted. The views from the villa are terrific. Breakfast each morning was very nice. The restaurants recommended were also good. We didn't want to drive into Palermo... More

We stayed here having been stranded in Sicily following the volcanic eruption and cancellation of our flights. Julian could not have been more helpful. Not only did he take time to make us aware of where to eat, visit etc. he accomodated us way beyond what is required. The villa itself is magnificent. It was like staying in a castle.... More
