We arrived at the baglio oneto resort to a less than warm welcome from reception. Once the check in formalities were complete we enquired as to what to do with our car and luggage. The young man indicated that our room was down a flight of stairs and along a corridor. So the middle aged pair of us hauled the... More

Thank you for being our guest, we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We understand that these are issues that absolutely could be resolved by calling the front desk and showing your disappointment when you have been our guest and not related to structural problems of quality of service. The reception is continually striving to provide useful... More

My wife and I booked this hotel for 3 nights in the first half of october. The hotel is really nice and well maintained. Marsala is 20 minutes far by car and so is Trapani. Dora at the frontdesk is very helpful: ask her for restaurants and everything you need to know to spend some good days around Marsala. The... More

This is a beautiful hotel. The setting overlooking the coastal plain towards the Agadi Islands is truly lovely. The rooms are of a high standard with the ones with balconies overlooking the pool being very peaceful and spacious. The restaurant served excellent food (breakfasts and dinners) though it isn't particularly cheap. It was my birthday whilst there and they set... More

We spent a week here in October and a very good week it was too. It is not too hard to find if you use a combination of website directions and research thoroughly before you arrive! Our Gamin sat nav helped and worked well in Sicily. The Baglio is very isolated, no possibility of evening strolls or walking to nearby... More

The hotel is in a magnificent location on the edge of an escarpment looking due west across the vineyards to the sea and the islands beyond allowing a view of some amazing sunsets. The hotel itself is on several levels with enclosed walkways between and everywhere is pristine clean; the staff always smiling, friendly and obliging. It certainly deserves its... More
