Once again, I stayed here only for one night as I was on a Contiki tour. We came back to the hotel and night and checked in after dinner in Venice. It was great to check my email as it was pretty cheap for an hour on the internet. The room was dark but clean. The mattress was as hard... more

We arrived at this hotel late as we were on a Coach tour so didn't actually check ourselves in. We could hardly see in the room to unpack as it was already dark and the lighting in the room was very poor. You have to go outside and across the courtyard to the restaurant and are told to help yourself... more

Finding your room is a mission in this hotel. They have so many different sections! Then you get a key to open the section door and a key for your room... THEY BOTH WERE HORRIBLE! But the rooms were alright - a bit dingy smelling. Nothing else really good or bad sticks out in my mind, we were only there... more

This hotel is in an industrial area outside Venice and although there is a public bus stop nearby, we found the buses full on a busy weekend and had to drive our car into Venice anyway. The rooms are okay but nothing special. The place is used by a lot of groups which can mean lots of noise. The breakfast... more

Hotel Palladio is a nice hotel in a village called Malcontenta, but across the road is a nueclur power plant. When we were there an air raid warning was sounding all morning, there are also large power lines beside the hotel. The breakfast is boiled eggs and toast. The busses that run in to Venice are very good except you... more

8 girls staying for a long weekend in Venice. The hotel is conveniently situated in Malcontenta (very nice village) with a bus stop right outside. The hotel is fairly modern and some staff are really helpful and speak good English. The rooms are clean and compact but the air conditioning is not good, we were sweltering. There is nowhere to... more

We stayed at the Hotel Palladio for 1 night for the purpose of visiting Venice. The hotel itself was very nice, with modern upgrades in the room. Our only problem was that we couldn't find it. We drove around for over an hour trying to locate it. It was a bit close to the nuclear reactors for our taste, but... more

I stayed in this hotel as part of a Contiki tour. To those poor people who were kept awake by my tour group, I apologise! This hotel does have a fantastic courtyard with plenty of tables and chairs not to mention a bar which sells alcohol at a price lower than I am accustomed too. And the portions were generous... more

First of all the good things: Good location in Malcontenta - not too far from Vencie Ple Roma (only 20 minutes bus ride), easy to find by car by getting from the motorway into the direction of Ravenna. Reasonlably priced (85 EUR/double room/night). Room and bathroom are spacious, nicely refurbished and decorated. Aircondtion works well. The bed and bathroom is... more

It's rather out of the way, on the fringes of an industrial zone, but near Villa Foscari which is quite beautiful, as is the(canalised) River Brenta. You really need a car to get there, although there's a bus service to Venice, and a Park-and-Sail at nearby Fusina. The Palladio's not easy to find, as it's NOT in Maghere, it's in... more
