We booked on Monday to stay Friday to Sunday , we didn't even last 24 hours! Washrooms grim and dirty, lots of unsavoury characters around , definitely not a site for young children, nothing for them to do, no park not even a swing ! it's basically a field what a complete rip off! Rubbish dumped around the site ,... More

Had no end off problems on this site from no toilet paper to an army of unsavoury people surrounding my pitch wile I was at work. The staff then went on to comment negatively on the age of my caravan before walking off I will never use this site for any reason again. I gave it a second chance a... More

Very run down and disorganised. On arrival the girl vehind reception was unsure if there were 2 pitches side by side. I explained that we had purposely booked them because I was towind a caravan and also carrying my daughters large tent. She went off to locate 2 pitches and reported that we coul be back to back. OK this... More

We came to stay at the hop farm camping site as did my parents as we were attending a family reunion. Having travelled 5 hours from Devon We choose this site as we have children and the fun park looked great on the website. It also said on the website that with your stay you would receive tokens for the... More

Bought this as a deal on Travel Zoo. Would highly recommend it! The staff were all really friendly, and clearly adored the birds. You could hold as many birds as you wanted and they were absolutely amazing. Children would love this experience too!

The camping staff were fabulous. Really friendly and welcoming and despite some bad reviews... the facilities were just fine. No complaints there. However I was really unimpressed with the 'attractions'. To me they seemed tired and a bit like a travelling circus. They had one big playground with a teeny slide for toddlers... my 2 year old was bored of... More

Filthy showers and toilets Washing up sinks always needed cleaning before use. (All sinks placed at a level to give full-grown adults back-ache.) Camp shop never open at breakfast time. No family showers or toilets. Water either scalding or freezing. What a joke.

We stayed at this campsite as the closest to go ape and also had lots to do for children so looked good, however the toilets and showers were not clean and took a number of people to complain before anything was done but still not cleaned to a good enough standard. I would never stay there again!
