This rates as one of the best B&B's I have stayed at. Spotlessly clean throughout, a lovely room, spacious bathroom, and a truly comfy bed. The icing on the cake are Lance and Marilyn who are the perfect hosts making a stay at this delightful B&B so memorable. There is also a Waitrose, and a super Indian restaurant, just a... More

Lovely friendly B&B. I stayed in room 1 which was a comfortable double room with large en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. The room was well equipped and there was free wi fi There is plenty of space to park and the owners are friendly and helpful. Everyone sits round 1 table at breakfast which may not suit... More

A lovely warm welcome from the couple on arrival. The rooms do vary in size but our room was ample for two nights. A great location for being meeting up with family and friends and local sites. Lovely breakfast and the room had tea and coffee making facilities. In all recommended!

My husband & I were attending an event at the Hop Farm - just a couple of miles from Paddock Wood. We spent 4 days at Warrington Lodge and have to say we will definitely use this B&B again if we need accommodation in the area. Our room was a good size with plenty of storage & we had a... More

Room sizes do vary but all rooms are well equipped with fans, heaters, irons, hair driers, kettles and hot drinks trays. Good off road car parking. Marilyn and Lance were very helpful and welcoming. They provided a range of cereals, yogurts, juices and tasty full English breakfast at whatever time we requested. Well positioned for driving to the surrounding places... More

My sister and I stayed here overnight whilst we took part in the 2015 Paddock Wood Half Marathon. Great B&B, we were made very welcome by the owners. Rooms were clean and tidy and the place felt very homely. Breakfast was fantastic and it set us up for our race! All in all, excellent value for money and Warrington Lodge... More

Stayed here when visiting relatives in Paddock Wood. We were welcomed and made at home, breakfast was really good. Most impressive were the comfortable beds and pillows, an area often neglected in other B&Bs. We will be back next time we are in the area.

My 4th stay at Warrington lodge and I love it , Marilyn and lance are such lovely people, their breakfasts are superb, especially the fried bread, can't praise this place enough . The location is fab as it is 15-20 mins walking to town and station. Lovely rural area, clean, comfortable rooms, certainly no complaints at all.

Having stayed at this B&B for an event being held at the Hop Farm. We can now say what very friendly & welcoming hosts Marilyn & Lance are, they made us very welcome with a comfortable room & great breakfast to start the day. We will return.
