Very friendly staff and lovely hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels, The staff at breakfast are so full of fun, especially one lady who I did not get her name but she has red hair and was so cheery and welcoming in the mornings.Highly recommended.

This hotel was recommended to us by a friend and so for our 25th wedding anniversary we booked 6 nights. We booked direct with the hotel and this was very easy and then booked our BA flights separately. During our stay it was also my birthday and the hotel surprised us with a glass of prosecco and a certificate....a lovely... More

This is the 3rd time I have booked this hotel, and it is one of the best places I have ever stayed in, the family that run the place are friendly and great hosts, the hotel is mega clean, with great food, a new indoor spa, and the view from the rooms are amazing. The place is a few minutes... More

I have just returned from a stay at the hotel and can honestly say as a much travelled person that this was the best small hotel I have ever stayed at. The location was good and the views amazing. It was run in a calm efficient and friendly manner with kind and helpful staff creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room... More

We have previously stated at this hotel and always been satisfied with the location and facilities provided. It was fantastic on our return to see that the family that own this hotel had continued to improve the facilities available to guests. The reception , bar and lounge area have been updated and are very clean and modern and this leads... More

Stayed for a week at the end of August and we were very happy with this hotel. Our room was a bit dated but spotlessly clean and our linen changed every day. The public areas were modern and also spotless. We received a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The garden and pool area were lovely, but... More

We only stayed for a couple of nights, but in one of the superior rooms in the Villa. Although this has (more) stairs to climb, which I was disappointed about as I have arthritis - it was certainly worth the climb for one of the most wonderful views I have ever seen in my life! Our room - as I... More

We were absolutely delighted to discover this beautiful hotel on our first ever visit to Lake Garda. The owners are so welcoming, the rooms and public areas spotlessly clean, and the hotel cat, Bongo, a delight! Like most hotels in the area, the Augusta is not cheap, but represents superb value in comparison to others we looked at. Our superior... More

I stayed at the Augusta for one week in August. I agree with everything that reviewer seemore187069 says but would like to add that if you like your shower with hot water then dont expect to get any. Our water was only ever warm, despite our telling the owner and being promised that he would fix it. It does have... More

We stayed in Hotel Augusta for our daughters wedding. We booked 3 superior rooms for us & family in the villa. All rooms had a small fridge, hair dryer & for a daily charge wifi internet access & airconditioning (from 18:30 to 6:30 only) & the most beautiful view of the balconies overlooking the lake & the castle. The hotel... More
