We arrived at this hotel to a very friendly welcome. The entrance doorway is little more than a canopied doorway in the cliff face but once inside the traditional tiling and atmosphere promise much more. Our room was on the 6th floor and when we opened the shutters onto our balcony (chairs and table provided) we could only say, 'WOW... More

What a wonderful hotel. Lovely large rooms with spectacular views. Very comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms with good showers and jacuzzi baths. The rooms were spotless. Breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine made a lovely start to the day. The food was excellent. Having read some reviews before we visited it made me wonder if some people were talking... More

Excellent all round in our superior room, the room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was the nicest one we have ever experienced in a hotel. You have the most wonderful view from your balcony and from the dining room balcony too. Our room was gleaming and spotless for the whole 7 days. We were very impressed with the food... More

We booked a room with terrace and sea view because of the famous beautiful view of the Amalfi coast line. Unfortunately, we got room on the 6th floor without terrace! We complained about it at the reception and they explained to us that the room has a terrace but to us it looked as they took a room with a... More

We stayed at the Hotel 13/9/2013 - 20/9/2013. The room was outstanding with a very private balcony overlooking the Norman Tower and Med. Th room was very spacious with lovely decor. We stayed Half Board, breakfast was a bit hit and miss, if you are an early bird 7am you were probably fine but of you slept later 07:30 like... More

We spent a week here in early September 2013 on a Thomson holiday. The hotel is just outside Maiori, just a few minutes' walk from the town (though steps are involved!). The setting is the thing: if there's a better view anywhere on earth from a balcony, I challenge you to tell me about it! You will be sipping your... More

Stayed at this hotel for one week while visiting the area. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised as we had been given a family room just for the two of us. The balcony was massive, with a fantastic view. We were on the 7th floor underneath the restaurant, but even though there were two weddings at the hotel during our... More

We couldn't ask for a better hotel!! All rooms have a sea view, our room, on the 5th floor also had a small garden..... the perfect place to relax when returning after a long day out. The room was spacious and cool and had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was served between 7am and 10am, on a beautiful terrace, again... More

The hotel is built into a cliff face looking out over the beautiful sea. The restaurant is on the 8th floor with spectacular views. Food was good, lots of fish dishes. If on half board you can swap dinner for lunch so you can eat out in the resort some evenings. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. More... More

As previous reviewer said, not sure what else you would want! Hotel was always clean, as was room and always lovely to come back to after being out in the heat. View breathtaking. We were on 6th floor, we called to check after reading a review that said don't go on the 7th due to the 8th being the restaurant.... More
